You really can't go wrong with Cebu, Colombia or a myriad of other destinations. Manila and Cebu are the two best destinations in the Phillipines and on a first visit I wouldn't travel any farther south than Cebu as the southern islands are where the terrorists congregate. Most Philipinos speak English well, are very friendly even though they often work 6 days a week for very low wages and on a contract basis which means they can lose their job anytime for any reason, yet they always seem to be smiling. Cebu is smaller and more chill than Manila as the main industry there is tourism. Cebuanas are known as some of the most beautiful women in the Phillipines and as in most Asian cultures they're very service oriented to your needs. Personally find Filipino women to be darker skinned, a little more curvy (prob. Due to the Spanish imperialism) and therefore more attractive than other Asian women but humbly YMMV. Filipinos really like foriegners and basically worship westerners so if you're 24, tall, respectful, friendly, and as Miami Heat likes to say "have a little confidence with women in your own country" than you will be suddenly transformed into a rock star the minute you land in Cebu. The strip clubs are fine but you are often (not always) beseiged by 5. 10 women when you walk thru the door. My preference was the KTV clubs which are a little more expensive but they're very chill and the lineup is often varied & outstanding! Some KTV clubs offer onsite rooms & some do not. The KTVs I visited were all TLN. But know the women often have a mysterious (fake) crisis in the middle of the night & must rush home which is what I prefer anyway. If you choose Cebu. You need to read or PM a guy who's ISG name is Mortman. Coincidentally, he's British, he's also the resident Cebu expert and his posts are knowledgeable, extremely well written and very dry, British funny. Also if you know how to handle yourself with women online than I would recommend joining Filipino Cupid but be warned the Phillipines is a very poor country & your computer will seize up or blow up from all the attention you will receive. Also 90% of the profiles are fake. So you must see them on Messenger or Skype right away or delete them. Trust me if no video chat most likely you're chatting with a 69 year old grandma or a ladyboy. Even if the girl is real, many will ask you to send money within minutes or even seconds. Never send money and move on. When you do connect with a beautiful Filipina online be aware they will want to pick you up at the airport, sink their hooks in and stay with you the whole trip as you're their meal ticket. So first trip don't meet at the airport just say you have made some other plans. With online women always have back up plans as the women are often unrelieable. Have experience so I met a hot. 25 yr old brand model online and she and her sisters picked me up at the airport and 90 minutes later she and I were in my room at the Radisson getting more acquainted. I was honest with her about my intentions and never "lead her on" or any other woman I meet online. But as fate would have it the very next day an incredibly douchy 39 yr old American guy shows up in Cebu to meet her 19 yr old sister. So against my better judgement we decide to meet up with them and evidently he's making the sister all kinds of promises and they're profoundly in love within the first 12 hours of meeting. So we meet them for an early lunch and they're both wearing matching T shirts that say " Love Team"! I have to say I almost laughed and puked in the same moment! (And yes, I saved a picture). So naturally after this display of D'bagggery my girl starts pressuring me so after the 3rd day I had to cut her loose. Overall the Phillipines is a great country but 23 hours on a plane from the states & a 12-13 hour time difference is brutal so now I focus on latinas in Central and S. America.
Colombia is an amazing country with a diversity of hot latinas & the upside is the passionate women and the downside is the passionate women. All latinas will say they don't like drama. But guess what always comes next? Thankfully Colombia is not yet overrun with tourists but this also means not many Colombians speak English. So if you're new to traveling, don't speak Spanish very well & not sure how to handle an occasionally strong tempered latina than maybe Colombia is not best for your first rodeo. However there is the Medellin Mansion / Casa Blanca / Hotel Medellin Plaza or whatever Aussi Greg is calling it these days, LOL. It's well run, has plenty of attractive visitors & even a pool so it's good for a newbie to get his feet or so to speak. Also nearby is Panama City, Panama and it's a great, bustling city with much to do & more people speak English, the dollar is an accepted currency and it's full of hot Colombianas. However for a first timer who's interested in latinas, my best recommendation is the Hotel Del Rey is San Jose, Costa Rica. There are women avail. 24/7 but primetime is 10 pm and later. At night there's a great variety of latinas (70 to 100 Nicas, Ticas, Domincans & Colombians) mostly 6's & 7's who are eager to make your acquaintance. Also Jaco beach on the Pacific coast of C. R. Gives you surf, sun and latinas at various locations esp. The Beatle bar. However the Beatle bar does not keep the women in check so you will be constantly approached which wears thin quickly. Jaco is a good town but not the best of beaches but you can travel 5 mintues down the road to Playa Hermosa for a much better beach and there's a cool hotel and bar called Backyard bar. Many people feel San Jose & the Del Ray is very touristy & has mechanical women but IMHO with all women it comes down to your confidence & skill level especially in detecting & avoiding B. S. And letting the woman know in an amiable & quietly confident way that you're running the show, siempre.
Learn Espanol, be humble, friendly and repsectful of other cultures, master your confidence level interacting with women and you're bound to have some great experiences. I think the line, 'treated like a rock star' kind of did it for me ha. Well just as humbly, here with women I have a ton of confidence, I go for some very attractive girls, imo I believe I'm a very good looking guy, or so I'm told, again I mention only because it's relevant to what you said.

I'm always polite and charming, and of course when there is no emotional attachment involved I couldn't see myself being in any drama with the women of the Philippines, hopefully. Latina women are hot blooded as you mention so who knows LOL.
So I will take your word for everything you said, I've only been abroad a couple of times anyway so I'm sure I will enjoy the experience as I have little to compare it to. Everywhere says the food over there is bad but I'm guessing some joints got to cook something good!

Costa Rica does sound pretty tempting, as you say there are various women from different cultures there, originally that is the place I heard, it's only that I hear Colombia is better in many ways, but clearly it seems the beaches and the babes for sale are in different locations, from your post it seems they are in the same spot in Costa Rica, who also speak more english.

Philippines Is 7 hours ahead, Colombia 6 hours behind so I guess it evens out, my sleeping pattern is always f'd up anyway LOL.
I guess what it comes down to then is what everything comes down to. MONEY!
I'll have to choose where I'll get more bang for my buck (literally) and what the country has to offer other than women, better beaches, cheaper hotels and living, better weather (going in November / December) better food and more amenities (any help?)
The decison only gets harder. But that's what makes it all the more fun!
