Dehydration, age, and lost of interest

I got a bet going with another og monger that's about to me pay dividends. While folks were panicking in the streets about sosua beach vendors having to move back in 2022 I betted him that 3 yrs from now (2025) the powers that be, will still NOT have moved one beach vendor. Well, 2025 is coming soon and correct me if I'm wrong but I haven't heard not one beach vendor being force to uproot and move for the new beach construction.
