Apple had a very short carreer @ Luxury (soi 19) but she went back to Aviva. I would still give her a miss as she is neither GFE nor PSE ... just a starfish (My POV).

I wouldnt go as far as a starfish, but certainly heading that way. During the massage when I asked her how long she had been at Aviva, she replied 3 years, so I knew it was never gonna be a GFE. 10 years ago was the first time i came here and for a few years it was not to difficult to find a polite and sexy freelancer for an instant GFE. There is more than one clinic in Petchaburi road approx opposite Centrepoint. I am sure there are a few good ones around Suk too.
I can't remember the cost exactly. But assure you it is several times cheaper than in western Countries for labour intensive activities.
I have had crowns and root canals done at bargain prices, particularly as these are very time intensive procedures.

There may be dental hospitals that are even cheaper.
But in the clinics they often pin up their qualifications showing training at US universities.
The levels of skill and hygene seem comparable to the west in these posh looking clinics to me but the price is good.

The other thing is I can go in and get an appointment immediately sometimes or other times might have to come back in an hour after shopping in Panthip Plaza.

I guess they are not fully booked because not absolute rock bottom prices and many ordinary Thais can't afford it.

One girl on the desk looked similar to Thai but couldn't speak Thai. I was forced to speak English LOL. Other staff did speak Thai, but I guess they have many Farang customers.

The dentists speak reasonably good English although occassionally pronounce slightly strangely.

One was trying to say "space" between the teeth and came out "sa-pate" and I dumbly didn't catch on immediately. But mostly no problem.

Of course often the nurses are pretty to try to attract customers to return again.

Just on this topic, I don't need dental work per se, but just 'whitening'. Has anyone had this treatment in Bkk lately and could advise? Typing in some keywords just takes me to posts about girls with crooked teeth or girls who want to be white lol.

There's one I always use, it's on Soi 3, on the same side and just passed the Grace hotel heading north. Never had a problem there and it seems a reasonable price.

I have been muttering for a few years now about the demise of freelancer scene in Bangkok and am sometimes scolded for living in the past. That may be true but there isn't a doubt in my mind that freelancers today as compared to only 3-4 years ago are much fewer in number, older and not nearly as good looking. I've often wondered where they went. I think I finally figured that out. Pattaya. Was just down there and once the clock turns to midnight just take a standing position on Walking St. and watch the waves of freelancers on their way to the various discos. Hundreds of them. An army of them. And many of them very young and attractive. The Marine Disco which had fallen on hard times recently as a few other hipper discos captured the scene was packed with hottie freelancers by 2am - I would have to guess the other ones (Tony's, Luceifers) were even more so. I wish someone would tell these girls that if they came to BK and worked the Beer Garden, Gullivers or the Nana area they would make a mint - instead they vastly out number the guys and hoardes of them went home empty-handed. The only problem really is that the scene gets started late (excluding the generally dreadful offerings along Beach Road) and you have to be nimble to stop these girls before they zip into a disco. I am a step or two slower than I use to be!
