Day 3

They attract you with their femininity, the attention they give you, and the way they make you feel so masculine, but to get to that stage on subsequent dates is a challenge. And even as friends, they can be quite high maintenance.

I highly recommend a dual strategy of dating regulars but sessioning with pros on your off-days. That way, you can keep meeting non-pros but you don't feel you have to try so hard to get in their pants. You'll feel a bit less pressure and frustration and enjoy your normal nights out more. They left me and I lay there for what seemed like half an hour. I can barely remember how I did it but I found a taxi and managed to get home. The next day I get a call from my friend and he says he wanted me to know that he was serious and not only talking drunk that if I did not leave immediately I would be dead.

So I was able to leave the country on Saturday and I am home today and I look like shit I told the immigration there and here that I was mugged on New Years. I have three loose teeth and a black eye and a swollen lip. My body aches all over too.

Please, I am sorry but I am writing you to ask: (And this is where he asks for some advise on getting an attorney to proxy for his apartment lease and shipping or selling his furniture and close his bank accounts etc. Which I have referred him to someone I think can help.)

I've had the same problem as him so far: girls give me their numbers and kiss very easily but then they don't show up at dates. They flake, again and again, without warning you and then they don't answer their phones. I could believe it only happens to me but it does not seem so. And I am quite surprised nobody talks about that here.

Of course I've also had some good experiences (as I do anywhere) but all in all, for non-pros this town is not so great to me (when compared to Bogotá for example).

I've traveled extensively all over Central / South America and the Carrib.

I basically tell my friends that Medellin has beautiful, beautiful women.

The PFP can be cheap and high quality, the non-pro scene can be rewarding, but you'll also experience a bit of arrogance, and lots of class consciousness.

I visit Medellin with an open mind. I enjoy the PFP and meet non-pros when the opportunity arrises In an easy, relaxed, no hurry manner.

I don't let an arrogant chica or group of chicas get me down.

I just smile and move on, no big deal, there are cool chicas out there too.

Generally, I have found PFP in Colombia to be lots of fun and plentyfull with an occassional trist with a cool non-pro when I get lucky.

Now I have found Brazil, particularly Sao Paulo, to be the BEST and easiest place I have ever been to meet NON-pros.

Just as in Colombia, language skills are very important.

Spanish is essential in Colombia and Portuguese in Brazil, most importantly for meeting the non-pros.

hi how are you? i am not so well. i fucked up big time and i think i will not ever return to colombia or at least for sure never to medellin.

so i was in medellin for christmas and had a big party at my apartment. my friend and his sister and many others were invited. i kept him and his sister there the latest then when only us three were there, i got both of them real drunk with an aguardiente drinking game. my friend passed out and it was just me and his sister.

well you can guess what i did in the bedroom with is virgin sister (a virgin no more) so i will not say. when i got up my friend was up but would not talk to me. he told his sister to get ready to go and left as soon as she was ready.

i did not hear from him or his sister and i was afraid to call either one.

they left me and i lay there for what seemed like half an hour. i can barely remember how i did it but i found a taxi and managed to get home. the next day i get a call from my friend and he says he wanted me to know that he was serious and not only talking drunk that if i did not leave immediately i would be dead.

so i was able to leave the country on saturday and i am home today and i look like shit i told the immigration there and here that i was mugged on new years. i have three loose teeth and a black eye and a swollen lip. my body aches all over too.

As you said, some of those stories are not true. Also, some of these guys are fooling themselves. There's a lot of shades of grey in the P4P world in Colombia. A number of these "non-pro girlfriends" may have worked as prepagas in the past, or continue to do so from time to time. The prepaga phenomena has become very common in Colombia, I suspect almost half the girls under 25 have done it at least once! There's also a lot of "grillas" or "interesadas" out there, which basically means the girl is hanging out with you more for your wallet than your looks and charm. Nothing necessarily wrong with that, as when it comes to women, money is always involved one way or the other; but some guys will do all kinds of mental or social gymnastics to prove to themselves they don't have to pay for sex.

However, I do recommend every guy should engage in some non-pro dating just to keep a part of their brain in the real world and maintain a certain set of skills when it comes to dealing with "normal" women.
