4 hours is cutting it very close, too bad you can't get a longer stay in Prague.
Depending on the time of day of your stopover may affect the ease to monger with 4 hours. If it's in the evening, I would recommend K5. You can get a taxi at the airport to take you there, and let them know you'll need a ride back to the airport.

If your stop over is during the daytime, then you may want to check out the Sex Park or a Privat. Sex Park has more of a selection, but again, the time of day will dictate the quantity/quality of options.

My first trip to Prague was kind of a last minute add-on, and it was three days, and I that seemed like just a small appetizer. I next trip there I scheduled a full week.
