True, but everything is temporary, including life itself. I'd be overjoyed if, say, a decent freelancer scene (as it was before 2010) came back for just 2-3 more years. Won't happen, I know.
I'd be overjoyed as well. Would be a lot of fun!
Not to take joy in anyone's pain, but a deep recession is just about the only thing that could potentially halt and maybe even briefly reverse the decline of the Thai sex scene. Would be better if it were local (as in 1997), not global.
Or a regional war!
Something related to brexit somehow I think, not sure why the news covering this focuses on the Yen so much but it somehow moved sharply with the the brexit results.
Also, it appears that since 2010, Japan has been printing money (like many nations do, but this is newer for them) to try to boost their economy. It may be the fact that their party is nearing its end?
I wouldn't presume good times ahead as there could be a global recession in the works.
Japan has been in a deflationary economy for nearly 30 years, and the massive economic and monetary stimulus has yet to lift them out of it. Considering the yen is a safe haven currency, any poor global economic news should only strengthen it as investors flee to yen denominated assets.

Yash.
Hit up we chat and the rest of the chat apps. Plenty of girls around. Also hit up the Suk massage places. The lineups will be lighter but don't worry. Climax and Mixx will be open tonight because they are hotel bars.

Give it a rest!
Not to take joy in anyone's pain, but a deep recession is just about the only thing that could potentially halt and maybe even briefly reverse the decline of the Thai sex scene. Would be better if it were local (as in 1997), not global.
Guys nothing will change too much! Maybe we will see a decline in P4 P offered on the premises and that should be the case. I for one am excited about this change. Soi Cowboy and Nana will always be here since no sex is on the premises, just girls working in the bars. They will have to cut out the nude or topless dancing though. The massage girls will flock to the go go bars and the freelance scene will increase 10 fold. Chat apps will be flooded with freelancers looking for customers and all will be normal. Normal bars will see a huge influx in business so the balance will be set and all will be happy. Any massage places will start to operate underground like in most countries. Who cares, compensate and enjoy Thailand, the girls are not going anywhere.
So here is my estimation of prices (other members will surely correct me, if I estimate incorrectly). And keep in mind that the lower bound and upper bound are flexible, dependent on many factors, some of which are listed below.
That is a good a synopsis of the price matrix that anyone is likely to ever put together.

Thermae again
Was there again yesterday evening because Biergarten closed at midnight; this time the offer was'nt good, frankly. There were also many more asians than last saturdya but still quite many non-asians. COuld'nt find any interesting girl or too expensive (3 K), which I would never spend for this basic quality of girls. Finally found one outside, nothing fantastic, but a bit funny: a "real" freelancer" not very used to that. At the bitter end, a fuck is a fuck, right?
