I have been going to Bankok International Dental Center near the Emerald hotel and Nataree. It is not the cheapest place around, but the service is excellent. I have had 8 implants done there and couldn't be happier, they do whitening and all the other stuff. They will help you with your insurance paperwok if you have any. The whitening is about the same $200, but the other services are about 25% what one would pay in the U.S.

Special thanks to Giotto and Mick Licker that have invested their bodies:) to get experiences and let us share it with them.

Some of us do not prefer Angel26 above all others because girls are not as good as the Photos .
Be sure to see the actual girls before making your choice.
Some really good girls and some very ordinary. Some places have more realistic photos.

No, Thaksin and the TRT (contrary to PAD rumour and OTH PAD rumour) did not simply buy the votes of Isaan, they did in fact divert loads of cash and credit up there, and Isaan people have started many businesses, many new factories are up all over the place, new infrastructure and new factories everywhere, loads more jobs. And all of this has created wealth and opportunity for many.

This means less girls fall into the prostitution game, and so freelancers did become less and less and older and older.

Now that is changing back as the PAD get their way and disrupt everything, but certainly Isaan bloomed under the TRT, go to the big cities there and you will see many many changes.

They did not all sell their vote for 1 baht to Thaksin. They did actually like him, they do still want him, they still support him, and the country developed because of him.

Now you can go back and listen to the bullshit PAD charges and spin and court cases "made up of a web of lies", but in terms of Thaksin, he did not over regulate the sex industry, he did however hit one of its root causes, development of Isaan.

Nice to be back on Thai soil after 2 months in the States. Arrived in BKK, at 01:25AM in the gate. Did my usual Olympic walk to immigration ahead of everyone. No line and out the door with my luggage by 02:00, got my meter taxi right outside and to the Nana Hotel by 2:30, total damage without using the tollway was 205 baht. Gave the guy 300 baht for the great timely service with no bullshit. Checked in and by 3:00AM I was out the door heading down Sukhumvit.

Just a observation... When the taxi was in front of Nana trying to make a right turn into Nana Hotel.. traffic was still heavy with lots of people roaming and standing around. But when I came out at 3:00 lights were not out and street vendors were starting to pack up. The difference was night and day! Nevertheless, I made my way down Sukhumvit to find a freelancer or just to get something to eat. But first I stopped at the ATM, outside Landmark to get some spending money. When I came out from my transaction I spotted a real nice 25 year spinner with 34'C cups all natural. Your usual eye contact and where you go... I didn't want to rush into the first thing that came along since I figure it was already pass 3am and business was most likely slow. So I told her I had to meet someone and would meet up with her if she was still available on the otherside of Sukhumvit Soi 5.. That is why those late arrivals at BKK can be a biotch!! I always try to coordinate an early daytime arrival just for this reason....even if it costs a bit more. I hate scrambling to try to find something acceptable at that hour...I actually get very stressed out when I see the supply of acceptable girls down and my choices very limited. A lot of guys would have kept up the bad performance girl and paid her the full price...just to get things done.....and maybe this is why this happens in the first place (a lot of inexperienced guys around paying a lot for nothing).

I have to disagree. 11PM or midnight works perfectly for me.
Miss all the traffic and get through the airport quick.
Can even have a gik pre-arranged. Many bars are still open.

Perhaps his arrival was just a little too late. But he did the right thing. He chose the wrong girl and chemistry wasn't going right. So he got rid of her quickly. Then can just go and get another one to replace her. Even very late I can find O.K. free-lancers on Sukhumwit if I really need to. Well you have gone off on a tangent somewhat to what I was thinking of but looks like you agree Thaksin might have caused the decline in freelancers. I was just speculalting without being very knowledgable in these things.
But I could definitely see a correlation of the decline in free-lancer talent with the Thaksin area.

I was thinking more about shutting out non-Thai sex-workers and girls possibly too young.

I also noticed a lot more police raids on Nana Carpark and similar areas in recent years. Its not clear to me what caused this.

Just my two cents but I reported what I paid and what I experianced last week, others may have experianced other things or have other opinions. However as a Regular Member and previously living in BKK for a number of years its worth noting times and prices may change. The important thing is to have a guide as to what's what where and for around how much. I will be around this weekend again and look forward to checking out the action and reverting on how things went with locations and costs.

Thaksin's government (and its pro-Thaksin successors) were very socially conservative, as is the norm or tendency for more democratic regimes. They put a huge dent in our game through both police crackdowns and, as Easy so ably pointed out, economic development. Thankfully this era appears to be coming to an end.
