Maybe they don't get that much out of each individual caller, but with many ambitious callers and only a website maintenance cost (there don't have to be girls in the first place) they can be making good money. What you can do is to look up the number they are advertising before calling. (Russia's premium code is +7-809-) but the number doesn't even have to be in Russia.
