I just return from Jakarta for business stay 4 days ,I will not go there just for mongering ,it is a long flight from HK about 4 hr and you need to paid for visa on arrive 25 usd for 30 day for US passport .

I think everything is a bit cheaper in Manila than Jakarta ,but I did have fun when to Katrika 2 time and hotel travel 2 time both cost average 30 usd for sevice and 5 usd tip.

Thanks to you guys who responded to my inquiries about Nia in Bali. Hehehe....I've always thought there must be a big overlap between members of ISG and AFF and this confirms it.

There is no big mongering "scene" in Puncak! You can get there by taxi for a few Rp100k and I assume by bus but that could be tedious. I've been to Puncak a few times, it's popular as a business meeting venue as it's cooler during the day and almost cold at night. I've found girls there no problem. If you go to any road side cafe (warung) and ask around, somebody will have a "sister" or "cousin" for you. You are paying a middle man of course so there may be cheaper ways but I've never paid more than Rp500k for an excellent girl (al night)

AC is cheaper than Jakarta if you want to keep the girl all night. The hotels in AC are cheaper and there is no cost of taking taxis anywhere in AC because all the bars are within walking distance of the hotels. The only place I know of that is cheaper than AC is Phnom Penh. But Jakarta is more modern than AC or Phnom Penh. Bangkok is more modern than Jakarta but even more expensive than Jakarta. I don't mind paying extra for a more comfortable experience. That's why I prefer Thailand over the Philippines and Indonesia. But all 3 are good.
