Specific spa getting hit could be due to plethora of reasons, this one specifically being landlord snitched due to want of higher cut. There are another 20+ spas in the same region, all but 2 are safe.
Kindly share more details on the spa. I found one which is in Sanathnagar as per the hints you have given.

This review is about 6 weeks old during my initial days in ISG (before purchasing subscription).
Seeing ISG reports, I ventured into Hyderabad mongering with SPAs. I didn't understand much of ISG's keywords and decided to dwell into it on my own. I stay in west zone of Hyderabad and tried to explore area around. Since my intention was to have extra service in SPA I didn't look for any bigger SPAs or the SPAs that are on spotlight. Instead, I have searched for those that are corner in the map. Fortunately and unfortunately I found one SPA in the area that starts with 'K'.
As this was my first time, I was nervous and sweating all over. I receptionist easily identified that I am a newbie; She explained about various massages that are available and price associated with them. I took the lowest cost massage possible. To my surprise the receptionist started calling out all the female masseuses available. I was shy and chose Indie (Telugu masseuse). This was the last time my brain stopped working and dick started taking over. .
Upon choosing, the masseuse took me to the room and I have no idea what to do. She instructed to wear disposable massage underwear and I wore it on my trouser. She started laughing and advised on how to wear it. As she started the massage, she clearly gave a hint that she is open for extras (sporadically touching my Jhonny and asking why is it awake). Lucky for me, she wore a tight jeans and t-shirt which exposed her round medium bbs.
Into the massage for 30 minutes, she has asked me if I am interested in extras, me acting innocently asked her what is meaning of extras. This made her smile and she started explaining HJ, B2 be. I want to ask her for BBBJ but I was bit skeptic and chose B2 be for whooping 6 K.
