From me its a well done to reward a girl for being extra good. The advantage is she will probably make a special effort to get to you next time instead of the Thai customers.

Girls return to me in bars, at least the ones I like, because they know I am not too stingy. When there are super hot girls likely to be in demand, we need every method to gain an advantage over the other customers. Paying well is one if them. I am not young and really handsome. For very ordinary girls, these measures may not be needed. A bar is different to an MP, as customers have to compete to get the girl sometimes.

I am never too generous with unwanted girls though. I refuse to buy drinks for a girl unless she deserves it in some way, even if only due to being very good looking, and being annoying is not not one of them.

My thoughts exactly. Let's just say that the encounter ranks up there with a well known brother who puts most of his stuff to video and he pays 10 K Baht for one shot. In my case, the extra 2 K was still a bargain. Out of the initial 1,800, she only gets 1,000 and the bar takes 800, so the 2 K was well deserved.
