I'm new to Kuwait will arrive in a week, was looking around google, all I could find was agencies & they looked suspicious until I found an Algerian girl full service an hour for 120 kd + extra 20 kd for anal. Does this seem average in Kuwait? Where else can I find some fun?

I'll be in Kuwait for a couple of days soon. Last time I was there, I didn't get much of a chance to monger though I was staying in an excellent hotel (Palms). Are Starbucks etc. Type of cafes attached to hotels a pickup place? I saw lots of girls heavily made up but couldn't figure out if they were approachable or not.

In most situations, no. Mostly Kuwaiti or Arab, but not the mongering type. Not saying that they're not open to a poke. Depends on nationality, skin color and whatever the shit they'd want as a criteria.
