It's not good anyway you look at it, and remember that Colombia shut out it's own citizens back in March just as Russia has now done so I suspect it will open up in steps with citizens first and then foreigners later, however, this doesn't bode well for Americans being number one on the world now with cases. So the USA may be blackballed for a while. I know this isn't a rosy picture but is based on what the USA has done keeping countries out, first China followed by Europe, and other countries have followed suit. I am hedging my bet that Colombia might not open up until as late as Fall but hope I am wrong!
