To argue that there is a direct consequential impact on P4P prices arising from some punters being generous tippers is so ridiculous as to be unworthy of serious consideration. It is nothing more than an excuse cheap Charlies use to justify their miserly stinginess.

I have seen many markets in ruin just in these few years due to this attitude. Naive foreigners paying 1/2 or 1/3 of Thai monthly salary for a ST in some local somchai joints. The whole BKK areas pricing have basically been ruined by this attitude, including very local joints in Pinklao, Bearing, La Phrao, Minburi, ect in recent years these once honest local somchai joints all have learned their trick to extort 300-500 or 1000 or even more off foreigners with these attitude. It's not fun anymore when most of the mamasan and papasan try to extort as much from you as they can simply because you are foreigner. These BKK local joints in the suburbs unfortunately have all slid into such.
I hope these people confined themselves to BKK, since the whole scene local or foreign there have been pretty much ruined by this attitude. I am glad the world is not too small, there are still some little green spots here and there for us to enjoy and don't need to pay 1/2 or 1/3 of local month salary for a ST. But of course we will try to keep these little green spots pure of contamination as long as possible. In the early stages of a BKK visit, I randomly call the attractive, available ones over for a drink and then I see what develops.
My MO is simple: I rarely go to a Go Go to find a new girl for a specific night when I am horny. When I am in need, which is typically only on the first couple of days in town, I visit an oily in the afternoon or a soapy in the early part of the evening to take the edge off before I hit the Go Go's. I swear the Go Go girls can smell the scent of sex on a man and they like it. The result of having been laid earlier is that I am in a very relaxed confident mood when I enter a Go Go so I can take my time and enjoy the evening meeting new girls. I like to buy a prospective Go Go girl a drink or two and get to know her a little. I go slow and let her bring up the subject of a barfine. Then I usually tell her, "I can not tonight" and make up some excuse like I have to meet a friend later or something, (but if I like the girl) I also tell her I am glad we met and that I will come back to see her and barfine the next night. I know this MO might sound foolish and even farcical to some point and shoot punters. I am sure if the cutest 22 year-olds among them, no weird tattoos, non-smokers, non-druggies, clean and sweet natured, angelic faces, flawless bodies, shaved poozles, etc. , made themselves easily accessible any night of the week in higher end entertainment districts of the biggest cities in the USA with no hassle whatsoever (New York, L. A. , Chicago, Las Vegas.), came to the customer's room or apartment and spent a good 2 hours with him, kissing, licking and sucking his balls and dick to a sturdy and happy erection, possibly to a full BBBJ + CIM finish (up to the customer) or, again at the customer's option, fucked him bareback to his liking with a smile, followed by a hug, a kiss and a big thank you afterwards, they could easily command $750 USD for such an encounter in that kind of environment from guys who drive hard bargains for quality service and products for a living.
Now factor in that the customer in my example is 63 years old and I am even more impressed by the terrific deal I got, using your comparison criteria, the last time I paid a similarly described Bangkok go-go dancer 3,000 THB for ST, which was sometime last month. Mind you, I am not comparing it with what I would have to pay in the USA. I am using the 7-11 monthly pay basis you used, where 3,000 THB would represent half of what a 7-11 employee in Thailand is paid.
And again, I am using the USA as the "western" price comparison here. I am not sure where or under what circumstances and conditions such a 22 year old girl will go with a 63 year old customer and deliver that kind of service in the USA for a mere $88 USD. But that is the approximate exchange rate for 3,000 THB these days.

Normal people to take days off. A typical month has 5/7*30 = 21.4 working days, and at 300 baht / day that gives 6600 or so, rounded up.
Sure, some people work overtime, but we were discussing a normal salary.

I definitely remember having seen (SE) Asian guys in Suzie Wong and they were not Chinese, Japanese or Korean. They might have been Lao, Khmer, Burmese or Vietnamese but I doubt they would come to Bangkok and visit Soi Cowboy. So I always assumed they were Thai.

I suspect from the girl's perspective, the oilies represent an even safer environment than a go-go in this respect.
I earlier reported one time where I entered Tulip and saw a Thai man at the counter. The woman at the counter told him there were no girls available that day. I was getting ready to leave but hung around until the Thai man left, at which point the woman said that of course there were girls there but she told the Thai man there were none because the shop doesn't accept Thai customers.
