Meanwhile, it pleases me to post an encouragement to anyone who would like to post the 1001st comment about Bangkok prices, the ways and methods of years past, whatever the real moderators allow and don't be cowed into not posting or, worse, making up stuff just to avoid criticism from anyone here.

Sometimes there is a nugget of actual useful information in posts like that where one monger's impression of one girl on one particular occasion is interesting but would have very little to do with what the next guy would experience.

We still have our parties with some of the old guard and a few new ones. But a) the bickering on this panel has taken overhand and outweighs the usefulness of factual reporting, b) you can only repeat so much without regurgitating old news and c) I personally got burned when something I posted about a girl was seen by some idiot as a license to mistreat her and she blamed my post for it.

I'm not sure that is all it is. I personally feel absolutely no discontent with the current state of P4 P in LOS, which is why I keep coming back (been coming to LOS since 1991, by the way).

I am sure there is discontent on the part of some (and again, I'd like to hear why you think that exists), but a lot of it reflects the kinds of mongers that come to LOS. It attracts a wide variety of people, and that brings with it a wide range of expectations, as well as a wide range of cultural modes of thought. And in that context, you are bound to get conflict. Plus, this is the anonymous internet, and everyone feels that being an asshole is without consequences.

If my income is not the same what it was 15-20 years ago then how can I expect the ST / LT prices in LOS to remain stagnant? Another factor that has changed over a period of time is that many Asian economies are growing at a much faster pace compared to western economies so there are more and more Asian punters coming to LOS and they have deep pockets. So prices are bound to go North. If you just compare the mongering prices in your home countries 15 years ago and now, you will agree that the prices in LOS have not risen in the same proportion. As the supply greatly outnumbers demand, LOS is still a buyer's market. For me LOS is still the No. 1 destination for P4 P on counts of quality, quantity, variety and price.

And the service is not as good. Prices in LOS have risen way more then they have in the West and in other SE Asian countries. If service had risen with the cost there would be no bickering. LOS is a seller's market compared with years past not a buyers market. Honestly, if you were at the exit of Nana or Cowboy at closing time 10 plus years ago you would have scads of girls begging you to take them. Now most just can't be bothered. It is the punter who has to pursue the gal, and back in the day it was the gals chasing you. There are far fewer gals on the game in general and way fewer lookers then there was 15 years ago all due to the improving economy.

Sorry, but it pales in comparison with 15 years ago. I partake less and less. Why? I find fewer and fewer gals that I am attracted to; looks and attitude wise. The oilies with a few exceptions are full of older gals with mommy bodies and the GoGos are filled with gals who think they are worth close to 100 USD for 15 min of action, most of whom don't have the skill set to warrant that type of money. They are still providing the same service that was had for 25 USD a mere 10 years ago. That was the allure. Not that the gals were all that great in bed, but they were plentiful and cheap. Yes, there is price inflation, but 300% plus for the same level of service? Give me a break. And again, I would have no problem paying 100 plus for a gal with a well refined skill set who is sexy, seductive, and knows how to get to a man both physically and psychologically. If it is just an available hole or two, then it will always be worth about 25 USD to me. Want the big bucks? Raise your game. I know very few long term residents who are still enamored with the P4 P scene here for all the reasons above. We talk about it quite often. And most of us are not that old. 30's, 40's and early 50's.

I don't see any differences of signifigance except for:

1. Prices are significantly higher.

2. Young girls get fat at an early age.

3. Prevalence of fake noses and fake tits.

4. The clean out of girls of certain categories.

5. Girls seem less desperate for money causing price to be higher.

6. Ladyboys to Cowboy.

7. The Coyote take over.

8. Soapies have far less girls and far less business.

9. A lot more gogo girls do not smoke. One good thing.

10. Probably more condoms used. I don't really know this one.

11. The web age. Girls can contact guys easily.

12 Most bars are struggling. Not enough customers. Most MPs the same. The decline in customers is the biggest problem of all. Thousands of ugly hookers with no business.

13. You can get a decent coffee in Thailand and resonable foreign food. 25 years ago you could not.

If I could go back and repeat from 25 years ago, I certainly would. Would have been good to get stuck in Thailand 33 years ago during my very first visit.

So that is really a lot of change. However I manage. Its just spending too much money that is only thing that matters.

We have to know where to find girls of our type. Some guys are in the wrong country but not me, I guess. I am only here 30%.

The bunch who live in LOS will always hold the opinion that the P4 P scene has declined badly because they have been seeing it everyday for several years. The other bunch who simply visits for a few weeks in a year will not notice the decline because they are often coming from sex prisons or markets that are far more expensive to partake.

For every report of a decline there will be a counter report of a night well spent with a ultra hot 22 yo Isaan cutie for a "reasonable" price with great service. And vice-versa. This is one debate that will never end.
