On the whole, how do you like living in GDL? How does it compare to CDMX? I've heard that Seeking is a good way to meet chicas in GDL. What do you think of the quality of girls in the area?
Gdl has better weather, better mexican food (intl food obv better in cdmx), there are 7 M people vs 30 M, the traffic sucks here but isn't nearly as bad as CDMX, there is less air pollution, food and rent are cheaper, there's no "hoy no circula" BS (yet), and GDL has esteticas and strip clubs, while the CDMX scene is mostly online.
So with that last bit in mind, seeking is better in CDMX than GDL just due to the sheer quantity of women available, but more $$. I have a whole stable of non-pros from 1 k pesos for a quickie up to 3 k pesos for 2-3 hours. I draw the line at 3 k pesos, there's nothing special about a chick that feels she's worth 4 or 5 k pesos, and there are plenty that will be happy with 2 k pesos for a couple hours. Keep in mind that is basically a week's salary at her normal job.
For reference purposes, as far as traffic. . . In GDL "algo cerquita" is 15-20 minutes, medio lejos is 30-40 minutes, algo lejos 60 minutes, anything more than that is bien / super lejos.
In CDMX algo cerquita is 30-40 minutes, medio lejos 60+ minutes, algo lejos 90 minutes or more just to get like 4-5 miles across town. And that's without accounting for rain / flooding.

CDMX is a poor sex tourism destination. There are no strip clubs with on site services and the very, very few incall venues are lacking. There are infinitely more streetwalkers in CDMX.
Agencies in CDMX exist but are illegal and not prevalent. The best scene is independent escorts. They cater to locals but a few of us from ISG have intruded the WhatsApp and Telegram groups. See the DF Escorts thread, accessed from the Central Mexico forum.
I like Guadalajara but after 3 or 4 days I get bored, even with side trips to Tequila and Guchimontones. CDMX is a huge and vibrant city with events and attractions to fill a lifetime. There is plenty of sex but little incall. For a horn dog day or two or three, go to Tijuana, Monterrey or Guadalajara.
GDL can get ridiculously hot.
I don't consider low to mid 90's as ridiculously hot, especially since when it's that hot, the humidity is low, 20%. When it's humid (right now), around 70%, it's only low to mid 80's and feels very comfortable.

Strip clubs
I had someone ask about a good strip club to chill and get lap dances.
Well I'm not the best person to ask this question so others feel free to answer also.
I don't do lap dances since for the money I'D rather just spend it on taking a girl to a motel. Now if the lap dances were a lower price with quality looking girls I might be more into it but from what I read the better clubs charge around 1 k pesos for a decent lap dance. I know before someone went to one of the Tapanko clubs and it was a good deal but on my visit they had a poor selection of women.
In Centro is club Scandolous which might be a less expensive option but I haven't inquired.
For those looking for lap dances I would say Men's, Cesar's and Tapanko VIP is were you will find the best looking girls but the dances are expensive.
Like I said for those with more experience with lap dances in the clubs maybe you can help with better information for the poster that was interested.

Upcoming GDL trip
Gentlemen,
Looks like I have a lighter work-load on my plate from late-September to mid-October and I am ready to visit GDL. I have spent some decent amount of time reading this forum going back last 14 months and all your contributions are really great and extremely informative. I feel I have a pretty good handle on most things. Hotels, girls (agencies and estetica masculinas), Uber (instead of taxis / public transit), restaurants and other general tips based on your recommendations.
That said, On the hotel front, I am split between Riu Plaza (seems like a good central location) and Hyatt Regency Andares (more upscale and next to Plaza Anadares). I want to make the trip appear as a regular business trip for friends and family. Which of these 2 hotels (or an entirely different one) would seem more appropriate for a business traveler coming from US? Related question, What part of city are offices of American companies generally located?
I am usually an outcall guy, so if you have any solid recommendations (DFK is my only real dealbreaker), feel free to send them my way. If you are ever visiting Tijuana or Vegas, Happy to help!
Peace.
I've stayed in the Riu on work trips many times, held business meetings there, etc. Never stayed at the Hyatt, but I know many people who have and I think it plausibly fits the bill as well. From what I've heard the Hyatt might be slightly nicer, but they're both really pretty nice hotels. For my company, Riu is closer to the offices, but it really would depend on what company you were doing business with (or, um, pretending to do business with). The lobby it the Riu is pretty busy and no one ever notices girls arrive and head up with you—I've never once had a problem in that regard (in generally, I've had very few issues with it in Guadalajara, although in small hotels it has occasionally required a slightly awkward conversation with the hotel staff).

Thank you, JHS
Gentlemen,

).
Peace.
I recommend using Uber (or DiDi) for everything except the airport → hotel ride. On my last trip, I called an Uber from the airport and walked over to the PEMex rideshare pickup spot (like I've done plenty of times before). As soon as I stepped into the car, two trucks full of Guardia Nacional pulled up, gave the driver a ticket, and impounded the car.
I jumped out, walked back to the airport, and just took the official airport taxi. If you're paying with a card, you buy the ticket inside. If you're paying cash, you can pay right at the curb.
Price-wise it wasn't a big deal — Uber was about 350 pesos, airport taxi about 450 pesos. Saving a 100 pesos in that spot isn't worth the hassle.

Alas, Alex's is no more—he appears to have gotten in trouble with the law. Too bad—he was my go to for a long time. For a while some of the girls were working independently afterwards, and I tried to keep track of a few, but Maya seems to have disappeared (though if anyone is aware that she's still working I would absolutely be interested. Might even warrant a trip to Guadalajara).
I haven't been to Guadalajara in many months, so things may have changed, but the two agencies left that I had mostly good results from are Lizeth's and Minnie (formerly Dany's). I had disappointing experiences with Calientes GDL (though they seem to have an astounding number of girls and have been around a while, so maybe I just got unlucky) and Conejitas (I had one good one and two pretty bad experiences with them).

Hilton visits?
Does Hilton allow girls to visit to your room?
I will be first time in Mexico and need to stay in Guadalajara for 1 week for work, and in the evening I would like a girl to my room for some play.
Or do you suggest better to go to a place? If so which one?
I am dutch.
Thanks.
Mikem.

Hi, which hilton are you planning to stay? Cause there is hilton guadalajara (which is ok) and hilton midtown guadalajara (which is nicer).
I can recommend you stay at a hotel with a big lobby, so the reception is far away and you can sneak girls more easily. Avoid smaller hotels, cause they have the reception just as you walk in and they may ask you if you have guests. Both hiltons have small lobbies, especially Midtown Hilton which reception is like 5 meteres from the entrance.
Hotels with big lobbies I can recommend are: Riu, Hyatt Regency Andares and Presidente Intercontinental.
The last two have huge electric stairs and when you climb up, you just can go straight to the elevators. Its easier on Presidente. Hyatt the reception is sort of in front but you just turn and keep walking. I've sneakd dozens of chicks in those hotels. Hyatt its the best hotel in town for my taste, it has a great bar with a view, buffet is great and also its in front of the mall and all great restaurants, chicks love that hotel.
If you need any more info, hit me up.
Cheers.
P.S. Here I attach pictures of the stairs at intercontinental and hyatt.

Airport Ubers
I recommend using Uber (or DiDi) for everything except the airport → hotel ride. Saving a 100 pesos in that spot isn't worth the hassle.
That's interesting that the Uber driver got in trouble at the gas station. Also you mentioned that you called Uber which I think you meant ordered on the app. The only reason I bring this up is that in the past I've ordered Uber and would stand by the Oxxo to wait. A few times the Uber driver called me and asked me what I was wearing and my suitcase color so he could locate me but to also ask me to sit in the front like I was being picked up by a friend not an Uber driver. Of course those that don't speak Spanish will have difficulty with this but for those that can I know the Uber drivers have many tricks to get around the airport rules.
I understand for 100 pesos maybe it's not worth it but my Uber is usually around 250 and from an article I read today is that the wait for the airport taxi is about 45 minutes and some saying that they have waited as long as two hours. So unless you don't mind waiting it might be worth the extra work to try and get an Uber.
Also in that article the government has said they plan on having shuttle buses from the airport to various parts of the city but not till October. GDL is under a lot of pressure to get the city ready for the World Cup which will bring a huge number of tourists to the city and hotel prices are already very high for that time next year.

Hilton
Does Hilton allow girls to visit to your room?

I am dutch..
If you're on a work trip I would bet it's the Midtown Hilton and I have not heard any problems with that hotel. It's connected to a nice mall so very easy to see the girl outside the hotel and walk in with her. They also have a bar where the pool is so it would be very easy just to let the hotel staff know that you are going to have a drink if for some reason they asked but I doubt they care and would not bug you. Of course if the girl is dressed more like a working girl they might question her.
I'd also suggest that you book the room for two if you can so they don't try to charge you for a guest. One last thing is that from my personal experience the hotel having a small lobby has never been an issue when bringing a girl. Like I've mentioned before I have yet to have or even hear of a hotel in GDL that didn't allow girls.
Good luck.
