I have to submit a proposal by next week for a study abroad program in economics for a community college. Would like to find an educational institution in Columbia close enough to monger but far enough and safe enough to pass the smell test, does anyone have connections or know of Universities / Educational institutions. Where we could rent class rooms dorms ect. Does anyone have connections with the central bank, economic development in Columbia that could give my students tours or speak to my students (in English). I would go down the first year by myself to set it up, the school pays for my airfare hotel meals etc. Then I would have to go down with the students for three consecutive summers after that. Once the students go back I can stay for a few days and monger.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
