I've been here 11 nights so far and I don't understand why things were so difficult tonight.

Each successive night there have been more men than women in Neptune's so that doesn't help.

I hit Escape and it was pretty much dead and then I hit Traffik and chatted up one of the Colombians who agreed to $1500HK all night but then her friend came up and said "She doesn't understand English very well" and suggested a higher price.

At 3:00 AM that sort of shit is uncalled for.

Then I hit Neptune's and settled on this short, big breasted older Thai provider with braces - I forget the name - and she finally agreed to $1500HK for long-term. So we get in the taxi and she starts babbling about stuff.

Then in the room she starts telling me how I was not a nice man if I don't pay girls more than $1500HK all night - esp. Thai girls.

All week, I've managed to talk down women to $1000K per night and have had some great times with a few Indonesians and Filipinos. What the fucK?

So I get pissed off and say "Here is $100 for your taxi. Get out." And she keeps talking and I just said "Stop talking and leave. Stop talking and leave."

So then I take a taxi back to the scene and hit Escape. Escape had a few cuties but no one was willing to drop below $1500HK for all night - never mind that by now it was 4:00 AM.

Meet one Filipino who looked Colombian who was willing to go back but she wanted money to pay her manager in the bar. WTF? I have never heard of shit like that so I left.

Go back to Neptune's. By now, it's even worse. I settle on older Thai girl - see pic - and she agrees to go back and I said I would pay $1500HK because she looked like she might be worth it.

Then she says her friend will join us for short-term for only $1K HK. So I said yeah.

Okay, get back and they get food from 7-11 and eat that.l

Then we finally get down to business and the mannish second girl doesn't have much enthusiasm.

And the little hot one is giving me lip. Not so much arguing as just chirping shit at me "You not king - you just let me do and I make you happy - not tell me what to do"-kind-of-thing.

Maybe because I am a bit sick but I had had enough.

Yes, I lost money but I just wanted them gone.

So I paid them each their agreed rate and said to hit the street. The hot one actually seemed surprised and kept asking "Are you sure?" Like maybe now she wanted to stay? Why?

Seriously, what the fuck is in the water tonight? A full moon over here?

Why was it so friggin' easy last week to pull HOT Indonesians in Laguna for only $1K HK per night?

I've said it before, the Filipinos may dress plain but they give you a GFE usually without much lip.

I have been reading your reports with interest and its too bad you are not having the best of times. What to do? I would try Borocay, Galaxy (not before 2.00am) and Amazonia for a change for couple of nights. I know they are not the best of places but there are always one or two girls there that might turn your head. Again - just dont pay more than HK$1000 for LT, regardless of what they ask. It might be quieter just now over the holiday period and if there are more men than women, then the price is going to go up. To be honest, you are throwing money at them in return for very little - and the word gets round. I would not go near Traffic and remember, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are "quiet" nights in Wanchai. If you parted with HK$2500 for 2 girls, you might want to try Hari's bar or Sticky Fingers over in Kowloon. Its usually more expensive there but at the rate you are spending, it might be worth your while. HK$100 for a taxi? That will take them half way into China. HK$20/40 is more than enough.
If you had good results from Laguna - why not go back there?
Get Jennifer from the massage place in the basement across the road from your hotel. She will give you all you want for about HK$400 - she will not be in a hurry either.
By all means try your August Filipino friend - you have nothing to lose.

Seems to me you would be better sticking to the filipina's. I know sampling different nationalilties seems exotic but in my expereince nothing beats a filipina. When I read your planning reports I thought you were going to find someone to keep for a few nights. This may be the time. The girl from August?

One thing you could do. Take one of the tables in the window at Coyote at about 9pm. A lot of the girls live in the apartments around there. Just watch for them coming out and smile. On a number of occassions I have had them join me for a drink and then home for action without any problem. Might be alternative if you a suffering bar fatigue.

Uncle Goober, any news on impending Navy visits? I am due in HK on 10 - 13 Jan.

I think I should just call up the Indonesian sex angel in the picture. I have seen her on two separate nights. $1K HK all night and good attitude as GFE and as sexpot.

I guess the good thing about being sick is that it has afforded me a day or so to think. I am just too old now (almost 43) to enjoy Hong Kong the way others do.

If I pull a hottie, I get nervous and have performance issues. If I pull a normal looking Indonesian or Filipino girl, I end up feeling sorry for the girl and want to take care of her.

Before this trip, I had visions of doing two girls, hitting the Macau saunas, and hitting K Pressure and 37 Dundas every morning.

And while I'd still like to visit those two places at least once just for the experience, I don't think I can handle the Macau sauna scene - too public.

So, assuming I am well tomorrow, I will go back out on Wednesday night.

I've been following your reports with interest and hope if you don't mind me commenting. I spent 2 weeks recently in HK and reported my experiences as well. First of all your success or otherwise has nothing to do with your middle age spread or age. All that really matters is the size of your wallet. Old at 43? You must be joking! I am well, well past that and don't see that as a problem. The reality is that girls prefer older guys like you and me - ask them! We give them less hastle, are not as aggressive as the younger buck and are seen as "safe". Like yourself I found 14 days in a row hard going and, like yourself, was not well for a few days. This was a blessing in disguise as I took 2 nights off and saved about HK$2000. I did have some room service however, just to "keep my hand in" if you pardon the expression.
As for the rest of your week - see how it goes and please yourself. I gather you are on your own - can be a slight problem as the girls tend to go out in pairs at least so you have the small problem of splitting them up. Remember however, its a business for them. I had a girl stay with me for 2 weeks earlier in the year who I met last year. A Filipino who I could have fallen for (and nearly did). Sex on tap 24/7, good company, a good GFE time and for a cost over the piece which was a lot less than paying HK$1000 a time. Know what? Much as I enjoyed it, I missed the chase! And lets face it, the same old routine every night reminded me of why I got into mongering - variety. I saved a fortune on bar bills as well.
However, only you can decide what you want. Nothing wrong in pulling someone you feel sorry for - you get a better return in my view. There is nothing wrong in caring for them for a short time. Hotties tend to be a bit of a disappointment to me so I stopped looking for them to the exclusion of others. As for the venue - its down to luck I suppose, but Escape is my favourite.
Can't comment on Indonesia - the last time I was there in KL I was too busy to monger but I would like to give it a go next year.

I can highly recommend jumping over to Macau. If anything just for the experience. And the public thing is a non-issue. You bang the chics in a room.

Though at East Spa they do give a show and BBBJ for a minute or 2. But its no big deal.

It is just interesting mongering Asian style. It is a whole different world. If you do go and like to drink like me do not go to Rio. No booze in the lounge area. You could have a very good time in Jakarta for much less money. ST and LT. Pretty much anything you want.

If you parked yourself in the Mulia you would have access to CJ's. Expensive by Jakarta standards but cheap compared to what you have been spending in HK. Could venture out to BATS as well. Once you have a bit more confidence there are lots of other spots such as Block M etc. Take a look at the Jakarta forum. The Cj's/BATS route is probably easier than HK with better quality. Moving further afield is harder work than HK, a bit less secure but a lot of fun

I hit Wanchai Wednesday night, feeling a tiny bit better.

Neptune's was a bit dead - more men than women which is a new and disturbing trend.

Then hit Laguna where I run into my first Indonesian girl - the pixie-ish one. I have seen her twice and I want to see her again but I don't want to fall for her. Every time I see her I just want to wrap her up and take her home. She's getting a real job in February as a nanny.

Then I run into the first Thai girl - the one who tossed my salad like I was her prison *****. She was an amazing sexual animal - a bit moody the 2nd night. Traffik was the usual mix of South Americans. Boracay was lame.

The thing that is pissing me off this time is that places say "No Smoking" and no one enforces it.

Neptune's is now the worst. ALWAYS there are people sneaking smokes near the dance floor. For someone with allergies and illnesses like me, one hour in a place like that can set me back a day.

Run into my girl from August in Amazonia. She's looking good, I'm tired, it's late, and I need someone feminine, curvy, and comforting.

We go to Galaxy at 2 AM to have a drink as I am still debating. There's smoking in there!

We go home and she's still here sleeping now. I feel like I'm backtracking but I'm also old enough to know when to count your losses.

I know an Indonesian nanny I could party with in Lam Kwai Fong but I don't know if I'm young and hip enough to go there?
