Many shops had ordinary looking girls. One girl sitting outside Bacarra grabbed my attention. Very pretty with black hair. I could not help but say she was not at all typical for Bacarra. I think "local", just means its Thai owned and other counties are not involved. Headquarters would obviously be Bangkok somewhere.
