Its normal that people would have different tastes. Especially when it comes to face. I found that generally my picks largely coincided with yours Syz, but there would be some deviations over time. I was not super attracted to Christina's face at Oase for example, and by the same token you did not like Janine.
If you look at the girls I liked, such as Roxana, Janine, Ira, Cosmina, Maya (at Oase), Liz / Anita at Sharks, etc, generally they do have a similar build (to me), especially when looked from behind. Sandra was slightly outside that range but only slightly, and I still loved her. Sabina / Ramona of Oase has moved significantly outside that range on body type, but her face is still gorgeous. There were at least another 5 to 10 girls at Sharks who fit the body but not the face for me, and at Oase, I found far fewer girls I loved, especially on body. I like Suginella's face but not body anymore.
ALso, I don't like girls who are too tall, so that generally rules out girls taller than 165-170 cm for me. And I don't like girls with sagging tits; there was one blonde who was sitting by the bar most of the time at Sharks, who I thought had a gorgeous face but her tits were sagging, so I did not take her. This is why I typically take girls with smaller tits, as they don't sag much (at least not when they are still young).
And since I attend far less frequently compared to the experts, I typically ignore the service aspect. I think Sandra and Janine just seem to have different priorities. Sandra is working a lot more hours, and is very customer oriented. Not sure what is Janine's situation, she can hardly speak a sentence or two in English, but she works far fewer hours, and makes no effort to even solicit business. To date, I am not sure if she ever asked anyone to go with her to a room, all her business comes from customers approaching her (i.e. her sales and marketing budget is zero, in terms of time and effort). She may be doing this to get some pocket money, at this stage of her life, who knows.

Yes our tastes are largely very similar. Tall girls. To 175+ ok for me. I avoid big thick thighs and mostly avoid hook noses. I try to get good waist to thigh ratios. Curvy! Even slim girls can be significantly wider at the thighs but not thick.
Janine is a little lacking in waist to thigh curve but otherwise looks well above average, stunning for some.
