Anyway lots of hotties, made me want to see what Joker Gold (Gomez Morin) or Amadeus (Accross from Walmart in Central Juarez).

Palamides says Bar Papillon is much like Chapulin Colorado bar. Bar Papillon is on northwest corner of Ave. Guerrero and Ave. Solis. (Female bartenders in Bar Papillon are hot. Joe Vato says female bartenders in Chapulin Colorado are beautiful.)

I haven't been to the Chapulin in a couple of years. It was closed due to a fire bombing and a shooting there. They may have reopened recently. I always loved that place...fine women and a great atmosphere.

Uhm. Did this have anything to do with Chapulin not pay protection money to drug cartels? I think Cesars Palace strip club on Ave. Bolivia had problems because they wouldn't pay protection money.

Faraii, about what time do Venus and/or Crystal get to work? I do not like to be roaming the streets of downtown Juarez much after dark..as that's the time el policia of the city begin to really bother us fine hombres walking in their beautiful city.

I had a friend whose family lived very near Parque Borrunda and Papillon. Several attractive girls but seemed kind of untouchable. The last time I remember going there they had just opened after a publisized drug incident and it was dead. Chapaulin Colorado used to have Lots of girls so there would be at least two or three that drove you crazy. A long time ago. I would be surprised if either of those places were alive and kicking now.

4-10 and Panama have been closed for a while. Casa Colorado was still open last time I passed by, which has been a couple of months.

Venus and Crystal both start work at 5:00 p.m. If you show up at 6:00 p.m. there's a very good chance you'll find them both.

Casa Colorado is still open, as of two weeks ago.

Being in Juarez is about knowing how to defend yourself verbally. The waiters in Eduardo's are the type that keep brining you girls in the event that you finally buy one a drink and they can take a tip.

Guys, I got a phone call today from a friend..saying that another friend of mine got into a car wreck while driving in beautiful Juarez. My friend is white, had Texas plates, drivers license, etc., and because he did not have Mexican auto insurance..he got thrown in the Juarez jail for four days and three nights. I have not been able to contact him yet, though I understand he's finally back in EP.
Lesson to be learned: If you get into a car wreck in Juarez, and have no Mexican auto insurance..and you're in a wreck with a car with Chihuahua plates, you will serve jail time until, as the cops say, "things are sorted out."
You might have a slim hope if you're in a wreck with another car with U.S. plates..if..you and that driver can agree on a settlement then and there.
I lived in Juarez for over 20 years, and did not drive one block without Mexican auto insurance..cops there do NOT recognize U.S. policies. (I found reasonable annual rates through Sandborns Insurance..in EP)

I had thought that was SOP for us in Mexico regardless of insurance.

Sorry to hear about your friend and hope he's back home with no other problems from the jail.

I'm wondering if he was kept in a cell with other mexican inmates. If so, did the other inmates try to assault him? Very scary scenario, if he was kept in the same cell with other mexican inmates.

Traffic accidents in Mexico are a criminal matter, not civil as in the USA. Driving here w/o Mexican insurance, with a large bail bond clause, is INSANE.

Anyways, I'm a newby at this so don't be too harsh on my review. After reading a review about this place I decided to go check it out myself. Since I would not have to work on monday I decided to go sunday night. since it was around 10 at night I decided to take my car instead of walking. I parked rigth infront of the entrance and made my way inside. The place is pretty dirty overall so don't expect anything fancy, they have people outside that will watch and wash your car for a couple of bucks. The place had about 3 other guys and no girls in sight. After about two beers (30 pesos each), a dancer got on stage and she was hot, it was Crystal, then anotehr dancer came by and sat next to me for a while. The dancers will try to pester you for drinks (100-130 pesos each) so be careful about that. She then told me that we could go to a room for $700 pesos for an hour which I politely declined but accepted some dances (150 each) with lots of action. After a couple of extra beers I decided to take off. Let me know if any of you guys want to go check this place out and have a beer.
