Although, I have no doubt Google probably already has someone working on that.
If you have already made plans made to go, then you are way ahead of me. You understand, of course, the second they swipe your US credit card to pay for the ticket to Habana, you are on the radar. But I'm not sure, do airlines even take cash anymore? Plus, it's probably not a good idea to wait until the morning you arrive in Cancun to hope there will be a seat left on the flight to Habana. Just something to think about.
No it's not crazy, but I'm not sure it's a good idea to venture into the eastern end of the island when you don't have at least a working knowledge of the lingo.
