I was out for a walk this afternoon and wandered by Botero Plaza. I took the photo with my back to the Nutibara then walked through the plaza toward ground zero. There were more girls hanging that I remember seeing in weeks. The police have been leaving them be since the beginning of the quarantine but there haven't been nearly as many as normal out and about on main thoroughfares. I started to see a bit of that today walking around. What that means to us is we will likely see more girls we can interact with.

The lockdown is indeed extended until at least May 11, although the restriction are due to be loosened on April 27. It seems unlikely a non resident and / or non citizen would be allowed on the flights to either country at this time.

The ban is not over. Only humanitarian flights are allowed until May 30 or later.

If you don't care about yourself, please have respect for others. Virtually anyone in the know advocates social distancing as imperative. Nature invented LOS manos for a reason. Not sure where you got April 21 as the final day of restrictions. Perhaps it applied to a specific department or pueblo. It was Apr 27 and was extended until May 11. Reportedly, some of the restrictions will be relaxed, though there are no details yet as far as I know. Outdoor exercise, limited air travel and opening of certain businesses are several of the items being considered to be eased.

Substantially most of the world is on lockdown. The exceptions are few and far between and, as you point out, Colombia is not one of them. I suspect guys keep asking out of a combination of boredom, desperation and false hope. It's confusing to me because the information is widely available on the Internet. OK, I just thought of this. I saw the quarantine has been extened to May 11th so my May 8th flight to MDE on Copa will be cancelled. I am curious if once the borders are opened to air travel, will the Colombian Gov make tourists quarantine after arrival?

There were plenty of fruit merchants daily in my hood for the last several weeks. Yesterday, I noticed that every bakery and coffee shop was open for take-out. Before it was only Tostao.
