I noticed businesses that have been closed for weeks open today or preparing to open. I assume on Monday. It's estimated that there will be 800,000 more people commuting to jobs beginning April 27. The word is distance rules on the metro are going to be strictly enforced. I expect May 4 will be a checkpoint after which the government can plan to extend the quarantine or not.

The only thing is, it's not a quick-hitter like FB / WhatsApp / ME / etc. You have to connect, message, exchange info, etc. Then, add in Pico & Cedula, general fear from her parents & grandparents whom she lives with about corona, police, etc. And you get a less than ideal situation for a small window of opportunity.
