i've been mongering in panama for 3 years now, off and on, and my experience is the overwhelming majority of both the pros and semi-pros in the clubs are colombians. have met a few from venezuela and a rep001tering of beauties from the dominican republic and elsewhere in central america, but not too many. i've met a tiny handful of panamanian fl's in places like club habanos and the veneto, but with just one notable exception, definitely not up to grade vs. the damas de colombia.

Hit Panama over the 9. 12 Nov weekend. Stayed at veneto hotel. Lots of good choices at the casino and also Habamos. But if you really just want to cut to the chase. Do your shopping at Habamos anytime after 9pm. That is where the best quality of chicas are hanging. Mostly Colombians. There is no need to pay over Cien.
Club Ashe on Calle Uruguay on both Fri and Sat night was pretty good. If you need a reference point it's down the block from Hooters. Cover was maybe $5 or $8, I can't recall. A promo they were running for a big bottle and half bottle of Arguardiente was $40. Beers were $2-$3. Probably the closest thing I've seen to Help in Rio on this side of the world-meaning all freelancers, all pretty hot, most wanted $200-300 for TLN. I think short-time prices quoted were around $100-150. Good music too, typical Panamanian reggaeton / dancehall with the dj constantly chattering on the mic to hype up the crowd. *On a late late hour on Sat (5AM) going into Sunday the place was still going strong and turned into an after-hours spot of sorts, deep house and trance music-I heard the party will go till 8-9am. I pulled a 26 yo Panamanian girl out of there around 5:30a for a five hour (chem fueled) TLN rate of $100. Gave her $150 because she was awesome and also let me do her butthole.
Stopped by Elite on Sat night around 10pm. $30 cover includes open bar. The talent was pretty amazing, stunners everywhere with sculpted bodies that only a plastic surgeon could truly appreciate. Almost all Colombianas, at least 50 girls, strip shows, bachelor parties galore here. Didn't get prices for sessions or TLN but did get a phone number from a solid 9 who wanted to hang the next day. Never followed up. My buddy also got a number from a girl who did come by two days later and spent a solid 7 hours with him, no charge. She dialed up a friend for me who was a 20 cutie sweetheart from Manizales who also stayed for a good 4-5 hours, truly GFE, great body. She never asked for money but I slipped her $120 when she was leaving and she was cool with that-she was more concerned about connecting win me on twitter and FB.
Monday night at 7:30pm at the spot next door to La Mayor was prime-time. No cover, $1. 25 beers and about 30-45 girls, but that was tough to count as they are in and out of the back rooms often. Very seedy-if you've been to MDE, it's basically an indoor version of La Mayorista. Cheap at only $15 for 15 mins which includes the price of the room. The smell in the place is pretty off-putting, you really have to brave it for about 20 minutes before you start getting accustomed to it. A lot of fuglies but there were at least 10 very doable that I would give a 7. 5-8. 5. Mostly all colombianas. By comparison La Mayor was still charging a $3 cover and had a very dead atmosphere with only 15 girls max.
Tried a few times to convince my buddies to take a ride over to Colon to check out the scene and provide an update to the awesome times I reported on some years back, but it just never worked out.
Dinner at Miraflores was nice, restaurant overlooking the Panama Canal and locks. Get there early before it starts to get dark and ask for a table outside. $30 per person, buffet style.

Are the night clubs you mentioned open at that hour on weekdays? How about Le Mayor and Boca Torena (the place next to Le Mayor) , are they still hopping early in the morning?
My initial POA would be to check in and find something at Veneto for a double nut. 1 to 2 hrs. I would only head out if that fails. If Veneto is out of the running, I am thinking of only checking in the next day to save some dough. Anyone know of a cheapie place by Boca Torena / Mayor to put my bags in and spend few hours at those venues and freshen up before I head to Veneto where its a 4 pm check in? The Mayor has authority to declare tomate law (spanish tomate for tomate todo lo que quieras or drink all you want). The Zanahoria Law is in full effect, closing sun-wed at 2am thurs-sat at 3am.
Most probably, there will be tomate law in effect the weekend of nov 23-24, as there is a holiday on Wednesday 28th, but the goverment moved the festivity for Monday 26th. This will be a long weekend

I am going to answer my own question. Veneto is damn well and alive, so much for the carrot law crap. Who cares if they stop serving alcohol at 2 or 3, the casino goes well after and so do the damas, some freakin hot, I almost feel like I am in Brazil. The Cali chicas are the hottest of them all, Panamanians are second IMO. Spent several hours at Bocatorena today and I can write a book about it. I almost left in the first few minutes, but braved it with a beer and the got rewarded with a fine and unique mongering experience. You can't expect to finish the deed here every time, the knock on the door comes well before the so called 20 mins, but as I found a dollar tip discreetly to the guy who knocks will buy you a good 10 mins more. Its like an appetizer platter, you can try several of them for $15 each, less than what you pay for a lap dance in the US. The place reeks but I got over it in a little bit, there's almost a 100 girls in there, some with a 10 body and I can tell you for 15 bucks, you can't beat that. Everyone from the street cleaner to a taxi driver is in there, not for the faint of heart. Le mayor is more mellow and a bit upscale but after boca I was bored at mayor.
Just had a taxi guy outside Veneto get me some chilled beer (he actually got them in an ice bag) after the 3am cutoff. Won some dinero at the BJ tables as I expected though it took a while this time, if you can't win here you can't win anywhere else!

So I decided to check out bocatorena again on Saturday evening. Bad idea. Wall to wall people, too many hombres this nite. I couldn't find the door to the other bar, this place is basically a duplex with two sides that have their own bars and own private rooms in the back. The rooms behind the main entrance are better. I had to leave right away since the situation was a serious safety hazard just given the number of people in there. I went on Thursday previoulsy and it was much better.
Then I went to Mayor, the girls here hustle you a bit, they want you to buy a small pitcher of beer for $20 first, not worth in IMO. Once you get close to finishing it they start asking for another, BullShit. I walked out at that point. It doesn't make sense to do this if you don't even speak Spanish. When I was in Le mayor last year I did not have to go thru this, if a girl asks you for a pitcher think twice if you really want to waste $20. The pitcher is not more than 3 bottles (1. 20$ each).
Update on Veneto. Seems like Veneto only allows about 50 girls each nite starting around 8pm. If you go to the side entrance which takes you to the Fiesta casino / El Panama hotel around 7:30 PM you will see a parade of WG's waiting to get in. Those that arrive after the cutoff wait outside the main entrance waiting for a guest to take them in as they cannot go in alone. Security is really tough on these girls now, wasn't the case last year. Looks like the regular hardcore ones always get in, they know their way in. Check outside for the fresher ones later in the night, the one's outside are pretty negotiable since their entering the casino depends on you. Once you are done with them then they can hang out in the casino and continue working.

You'll need maybe 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes to get back. Also take into account that it doesn't open until 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM -- I can't remember which. It's better going early btw -- the selection is better.
