FKK clubs will be at the bottom of the list in case of any reopening of the economy as it's seen as "seedy and dirty" (not exactly helpful during a 'pandemic') and because it's also regarded as entertainment, it simply has a very low priority.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong but I don't see any real chance, unless there is a sudden "Deus Ex Machina" plot twist to this Covid1984 police state. The 'vaccine?' Meh, most people already have immunity anyway, because 99% of "cases" are with either no symptoms, or just light flu-like symptoms. Besides, as you said, the vaccinating campaigns in most of the EU states are a big mess and are hopelessly behind schedule.
