There is some regulation you cannot do international transaction via virtual card.

Have tried No. 3 & 6 from the chart; both have major attitude. They have almost like a anti-Indian sense to them. When I was with No. 3 from the attached pics, she mentioned a couple of times how Indian men have a bad habit of bargaining and asking for freebies. It was a major downer. Do not try her.
