Singapore is one of the best organized countries in the world. Yet they are struggling with an epidemic that grows and will grow more. Testing international arrivals is not enough. They have BANNED all international arrivals except citizens, long-term pass holders, etc. See here how strict they are:

If they exited Singapore after 27 March, against the travel advisory issued by the Singapore government, they MUST PAY the stay :(

Unfortunately, and I say VERY unfortunately, simply testing people is not enough to be safe, or not yet but for a long while. There is no test that keeps safe borders or an office premises (yet?).

This virus gets around like the common cold and can be be deadly, but the likelihood you will get severely ill is low.

Go at your own risk, don't infect others, and don't allow the medical system to be overwhelmed.
