5. Some of the SPs are happy with their existing client base and like to operate closed loop. They would open for right candidates which means the responsibility is with the one who is sharing contact. Hence picky.
This is a long game to play and need patience and determination that your mind should rule not the dick. Once desperation is in, everything is lost. Having said that I too crossed the same path of desperation once upon a time and hence my perspective. Not necessarily everyone would agree but I respect other's opinion.[/QUOTE].
Being a newbie in ISG, I can share some experience of mine if that might be helpful for anyone. Avoid trying an offer of only Cam services, that might lead to more damage than expected. Tried my luck in MR, EE, Locanto & Inst but to no avail. For me what I can say is, I am not able to pick the right profile. So Seniors help and guidance will be much appreciated.
