1) tourists that have visa extension
2) tourists not yet have extension.

Both if you are 2) but you are thinking 1). I think you have time either way but it may not be as much as you are thinking right now if you don't do anything.

What is true is the quarantine is hardened in the Valle de Cauca. Effective immediately there is a nighttime general curfew on weeknights and a 24 HOUR curfew on weekends, plus in some pueblos a "ley seca" that makes them dry towns. No booze. This is in response to documented shenanigans, mostly in Cali, of people running speakeasies in their homes and delivery services that have been found to be distributing drugs and working girls.

The streets are talking. There is heavy chatter that the Cauca measures are as much about trying to rein in the murderous spree of robberies and executions by so-called illegal armed groups (ELN, FARC remnants, etc). In the past two weeks they've expropriated large amounts of property and killed local social activists, some of them along with their entire families because everybody is home at night.

As far as getting a visa extension, if indeed your flight does depart on June 2, and you didn't get an extension, my bet is that immigration would probably let you board upon paying some type of fine at the Airport, regardless you should apply for the extension to play it safe.

Slapshot got it right about the quarantine extension. There are new exceptions and many smaller businesses will be permitted to open but basically it's a continuation through the end of May of two days per week of shopping allowed and one hour of outdoor exercise during early morning hours. Beyond the official rules, as I've reported previously, the streets have been steadily returning to business as usual for the past 10 days or so.

Luna Lunera, for example, is running its girls out of apartments near their la 33 location along with housecalls. 250 lucos for the apartment dates and 300 K for the housecalls.
