I am not really a weed smoker only on this trip. Few times I text my brother wondering if I was drugged. Only to be high as fuck off the weed. So I am not immune to being drugged but I am very alert.

The reason is that my quick search showed that abortion is illegal in Colombia (The exceptions are: The continuation of the pregnancy constitutes a danger to the life or health of the mother; The existence of life-threatening fetal malformations; The pregnancy is the result of rape, non-consensual artificial insemination or incest.). I hope that info is wrong.

On a more positive note, I feel there is an unadvertised guidance for doctors to prescribe contraception pills for anything (e. G headaches). I came to this conclusion after talking to my chicas. They truly believe that their doctor prescribed them those pills to helps with headaches, skin issues, body weight etc. I guess that is the government's way of dealing with the problem of single moms. They might be choosing this route because they don't want to deal with the catholic church.

Legally, she needs a cedula. Which she will not be able to get the day she turns 18. A birth certificate or contrasena will not work with the cops, if it comes to that. So you are taking a risk, even if she is really 18. You could be rotting in jail while she is hopefully helping you and your attorney to prove you are 18. Better to pass, unless you are a risk taker. Depending on where you stay and who you trust, you might be OK.

Solves that.[/QUOTE]Unless she has a Cedula, at least one that has a photo that resembles her on it you should pass. Lot's of youngsters working to be stayed away from. I have a few girls that don't have Cedulas, and there is a filing they can make I forget the name of it that costs 3 K that states their name and Cedula number on it that can be used when they have lost their Cedula temporarily. And I have had them use this when they have checked into a Hotel with me on occasion, but they are obviously over 18 so it hasn't been an issue. And anyone can print up a fake of this as well. So just waiting until her birthday to pull the plug is just plain thinking with your little head and can land you in a world of trouble!

If you had to ask and in doubt, best to find another girl.

And the reason I say the girl is not an idiot as I am sure she is not aware that it's a crime for an American anywhere in the World to go with a minor (someone under eighteen), hence not an issue for her to be working. Yes, P4 P with under 18 is not legal for anyone. That said, I doubt most any Colombiano would get prosecuted for this, unless they were trying to get him for something else and this was all that would stick (Al Capone approach). Gringos, on the other hand, don't get the benefit of the doubt in most cases. With the Colombia police. And most certainly not with the USA Government.

A Colombiano will, however, get in trouble for pimping, if they get caught. Especially if they are pimping chicas with less than 18 years.

I would concur with another post that the girls do not care (because they are not the one's who get in trouble). And I do suspect that most of them do not know the laws of Colombia, let alone the USA, in this regard. And those who know are probably hard core putas or girls who are going to try to use it to extort you with the help of some friends (or a dirty cop).
