I can personally confirm Phuket Town, Kata, Karon, Kamala with the concentration being Patong. Not going out much in night time I can't give you much input of quality. I think it has gone down a lot but 2 k for Katherine's is what I think has best value. They speak English (most of them) which makes it possible to have good time communicating your needs and theirs. Pictures are real with very little airbrush. If you go there take taxi to nearby hotel because if they know you going there commission will increase price sometimes.
