Don't know where to put this question really, but since there are people here who have travelled a lot so; next trip to SA I'm planning to visit a few more counties.
Is it cheaper to book and pay a multi-stop flight ticket from home or to fly to one bigger destination, like Rio, and then search and book domestic flights when in respective country? Is thera a general rule here? I'm not bound to specific dates and travel from Europe.

In Brazil you want to go to Iguassu (and cross over to Argentine side of course too), and if you're interested in the jungle bypass Amazon and go to Pantanal IMO. Both places have some mongering to be done, including in Pantanal's Cuiaba and Corumba (don't know much about Campo Grande) but nothing compared to SP or Rio, or Curitiba for that matter too.
Salvador is another tourist destination not to be missed in Brazil but not necessarily for mongering purposes. If you only come for mongering you should stay in SP (the best mongering but really ugly city IMO), and maybe Rio (2nd best mongering but in truly gorgeous environment).
To learn or fake Portuguese for a date with a local, play porta dos fundos on YouTube in the apartment and play Felipe ret on the beach and speak softly or stfu while wearing a Vasco mask.
Bring Bluetooth speakers and HDMI device.

When I have made multi-country trips to South America from the United States, I will check on-line for the multi-stop flight tickets for a price reference. However as a general rule, it's usually cheaper to book the cross-continent flights separately then book the flights within South America with a regional carrier. You can start with Expedia, Travelocity, etc. But I always check the regional carrier's site as well.
I also think if you change or cancel an interregional flight it is easier if that is a separate booking.

He's also right when he says there are plenty of legit venues in Rio and SP where you simply walk in and you will be taken care of by the girl of your choice for a reasonable price. These venues are virtually newbie-proof and have experience serving foreigners.
I would also dive into a quick language course like Portuguese or Spanish in ten minutes day with both hearing and reading aspects. While learning some words and phrases is not a prerequisite, it helps in many situations. Uber also makes it easier to get around. You simply type your destination into the app. Some Tripadvisor or travel blog advice could help as well for travel basics, meals and non-mongering activities.
I've been to every country on your list except the DR. You will not find the variety and quantity of hot women that you will find in Rio and Sao Paulo. SP working girls are especially diverse. Brazilian working girls are also the best sexual performers on the planet.
Don't ask about prices. First, the two top destinations on your list Brazil and Colombia are not expensive. Second, it's a newbie faux pas to ignore reading the forum and jump to asking commonly-discussed topics. There are endless price discussions for each venue in each country's forum.
Finally if you go in late July, early August, take note that Sao Paulo will experience cooler weather. Rio and SP will both have shorter days than Colombia. I personally like Rio's beaches and its beach vibe, but due to the temperature and shorter days the daily window for the beach will be narrower than December-February.

Brazil honestly sounds amazing and it's really starting to win out in my mind, my only concern now is that it seems quite a bit pricier than Colombia? I may go broke if I spend 10 days in Brazil sampling as many beautiful women as I can haha. I could just be misunderstanding the prices but it seems about 3 x the price of Colombia?
That's not necessarily a bad thing I'm just worried as a first timer I might go too hard. I'm trying to keep to my $3000 usd budget!

When I say that, I'm excluding roundtrip airfare and your living arrangements (hotel or apartment). Whatever you do, don't go down there trying to scrimp and save due to an insufficient budget. Get your money right, and stay at least 10 days! Sounds like you're on the right track. Get your travel arrangements sorted out and hit the ground with $3,000 to spend over 10 days, and you're good. That's going to buy a [B]whole lotta[/B] butt hole bro! Hahaha!
$3000 is more than enough for 10 days. Even including lodging could be done. Though obviously if you want to stay in five star hotels and go to Scandallo every night, you'the spend more. While Scandallo is a must see, IMO one or maybe two nights is enough.
I've been to both Brasil and Colombia about 30 times each. Obviously I love both, but Brasil's always been my #1. The women are in a class of their own as far as performance.
My only concern for you is if you have to go in North America Summer. The days will be shorter then as it's their Winter. Think Miami in January. Pleasant weather but frequently not beach weather.
So as long as two vaccines are taken (fully vaccinated), no longer need the Covid test to enter Brazil?
Can anyone who visited recently confirm this detail?

And yes $3000 was my full budget, flight, and hotel included. That is not to say I couldn't go over if needed just the number I was hoping to stay under.
Now over on the Colombia boards the guys were recommending hotel m. Apparently it is / was ran by a guy that used these boards? Or something like that, anyways they said it was a great spot for first timers cause there would be girls working the hotel and other mongers staying there who could show you the ropes. As well as English speaking staff, I speak some Spanish (enough to get what I need / want but not enough to have a deep conversation) but zero Portuguese. I'm assuming there are places like this in Rio and SP? Any recommendations?

Food is much better too.
For USD 100, you should be able to have 2 30 minutes sessions in most clinicas, one session at 4 x4. The higher end boates are more expensive but you should be able to manage a few visits. A visit and a session in Scandallo will cost USD 300 total, more or less. There are cheaper places but it is not as easy for you to navigate.

You could do it, but then you're really going to have to monger on the cheap. Remember you still have to eat! Plus if you're like me you'll want to drink. Plus transportation and any incidentals. And we haven't even dealt with paying for a place to stay yet. As was suggested, you could probably swing it with the cost of an apartment or a cheaper hotel coming out of your $3 grand. But, you shouldn't look to pay for your airfare out of that too. And remember, airfares are projected to be going up! The best situation would be to pay for airfare and lodging with additional funds. Then you can really have a good time with $3 grand in "ground game" money. At the very least, save up enough extra to cover your airfare without having to take that out of the $3 grand. You won't regret it when you finally get down there. Believe me!

Is the food in Colombia actually bad?
I'm also quite a bit more interested in having a girl in the hotel room as opposed to a club, especially interested in overnight. Not that I won't try the clubs! I just might be a bit shy for it at first hahaha.
