It doesn't happen that often. But when it does I cut the agreed upon LT fee in half and hand it to her or place it on the table next to her purse without discussion. Maybe I will make it 60% of what we agreed on for LT to include the taxi fare I probably would have given her anyway if the session was sweet. I don't recall a girl ever confronting me about it, sticking her hand out for the rest of the LT fee in such a case.

A girl converting a LT agreement into a ST is of very little concern to me. In fact, the LT part is the least important element in my negotiation. I just throw it in there to give the girl something to reject and give her a "win" on a negotiation point I don't care all that much about. After Shaved or Closely Trimmed Pussy, DFK, BBBJ and BBFS+CIP, LT rates a distant 5th place in importance to me.

On the pattern of so many of your late night ST girls choosing to stay overnight, in addition to your nice hotel room, buffet breakfast, good looks and charm, which I am sure are plenty of reasons for it already, it might also have something to do with where you are pulling them from and how late.

Is it a FL from the street or a club at 1 am?

I rarely have a ST girl choose to stay overnight, but I also rarely pull girls off the street or out of a club after 10 pm. I have certainly had many of those 10 pm FLs say "up to you" upfront on the issue of ST vs LT.

But most of my sessions are 1) with online FLs where the ST vs LT part has already been set, usually LT, and aren't going to be late anyway or 2) go-go girls I have pulled at or before 10 pm. On the latter, very few go-go girls who go to my apartment for ST at 10 pm are going to choose to stay to sleep in when their bar closes at 2 am or 3 am. It has happened. But very rarely.

My apartment is nice and comfy, but not in a 4-Star Hotel, the only on site buffet breakfast I can offer is a fried egg and a donut and apparently my looks and charm are nowhere near impressive enough to get many go-go ST girls to shrug off going back to their bar at 11:45 pm and continuing to cuddle with me all night instead for no extra dough. I've never had an LT want to go sooner. On the contrary, many wanted to spend the rest of my vacation with me. Or at least they wanted me to come back.

The only defense, is a quality, working aka recording, front and back recording camera, and good car insurance.

Then just sit back and wait for your Thai insurance assessor to arrive and work it through with the police and his opposing insurance assessor.

I have never had a problem with this when it has not been my fault.

Often the assessor and the police have also been able to locate and show almost immediately, police road CCTV camera views as well.

When the other party is Thai and not insured it equally works well when I am in the right over the accident.

My Thai insurance agent will work it out with the police finding an acceptable position where the uninsured is not out of pocket unduly.

Without it costing me out of pocket money I may add, directly that is, as I am sure it ends up factored into premiums.

[/QUOTE]Most girls who want to turn ST into LT with no mention of money have been from non-gogo bars or were street freelancers. While this is the Pattaya thread, my related experiences have mostly been in Bangkok, Krabi, Samui, and Phuket.

I can only remember this happening once with a top flight Nana Plaza girl and she said she needed to return to her club to check with mama before she came back to me to spend the night. I declined so I have no idea what that was about.

Much more likely scenario on that LT conversion to ST bit is she had no intention of staying LT from the beginning but sensed that it was an important factor for the customer and said Yes to it upfront just to close the deal because she [I]wanted[/I] him as her customer. Then, worst case scenario for her when she remembers that "lost key" problem and must dash off after 1-2 hours is that she gets half the LT rate but at least got a ST amount out a customer who might have walked away if she had said No to LT.

Best case scenario for her is the customer is so grateful to have had sex with her and / or too shy to reduce the agreed upon amount that he gives her the full LT rate anyway. Which is probably what happens most of the time.

Either way she is further ahead than she was when she approached him or he approached her earlier.

Also, on that "she just doesn't want to be with you" bit but mysteriously can't come up with an absolute no escape excuse to simply say No, I don't think quoting a high rate like 4,000 baht makes sense. What if he says "Ok. Let's go"? I know a bunch of crusty old farangs, supposedly pathetic undesirables like me, who would not hesitate much to pay 4,000 for a particular Sweet Young Thing they want to fuck. And I'm sure those SYTs have met them too, probably gone with many of them.

Again, I have never met a Thai girl too shy to say No and Absolutely No to something she didn't want to do. Then again, maybe the vast majority of girls I negotiate with have enough other generous offers and options to say No to whatever doesn't please them. Don't know.

BTW, could it also be in at least some of those LT conversion to ST cases that the girl is popular and in damand enough to have tons of takers and Line message requests for a second or third 2,500 baht ST in a given night rather than settle for one 2,500-3,500 baht LT?

And maybe the ones who just stay put for the night aren't getting any other better offers or any other offers at all.

I rarely had a bar girl, especially a gogo girl, in Pattaya that didn't play the LT into ST game after 2-3 hours, or very early morning.

Generally it occurred post first or second sex, before sleeping, but equally as common was to be woken up at 6-7 am finding her dressed.

Then to be asked hor her money so she could go, a plethora of reasons available heard over the years.

My best response, learned over time, was not to argue, instead to deflect and get even.

Turning it into an impromptu sex session right then, right there, even with her often still semi dressed.

I tended to class it as leave early revenge sex.

Rarely did I ever get knocked back, most times the girl even got right into it.

Another upside to it is that often if the night time sex had by her demand been protected, this session became more natural, organic.

One last thing, and a word of caution, I never pay the girl upfront on arrival in the room for LT.

If they demand it, I generally cut my losses and ask them to leave, especially with gogo girls.

If they give genuine, believable reasons for asking, and generally only with clearly inexperienced girls fearful of being played.

I will give them the equivalent of the ST rate for them, say 60%, saying the rest later, and even promising a tip if we have had a great time.

Right, just give the appropriate amount of taxi fare for a round trip from your place to their shared room.

MY experience, financial. She hopes for the LT pay, but accepts the reality of ST pay. It's just simple math, 2ST's > 1 LT, or, even better, 1ST+1 LT> 1 LT. If it's a [I]good[/I] business night, and you're not a regular (sometimes even if you are), it's just business. AND, it seems these days with the emphasis of the bars on bar fines, lady drinks, returning for a [U]good[/U] chance at another ST with included bar fine, more lady drinks, adds to her [I]weight[/I] with the bar along with more cash for her. All depends on how mercenary she is.

But I also agree that there are intangibles in play: regular business can count a bit more than a-one-of, she knows the quality / quantity of the punter, the risk / safety factor has been ascertained, and there is the comfort factor. It might be business, but [I]sanook[/I] comes into play.

But, for me, a clear menu definition, time of departure, and price / pay after serves to solve all discrepancies. YMMV.
