Update: Says the 200 mil was correct but no longer wants to live with me
Says I thought about it too long and is fine with just the 140 mil 17 hrs. The switch turns me off a little bit. Will keep you guys posted.
She wants to come to my place now
Maybe someone else agrees to the same term first. She did say "ahora" but that solves your issue and give your freedom back.
Quiero que me folles muy fuerte.
You've Fallen For The Eight But Now She Is In The Drivers Seat When You Should Be
Says I thought about it too long and is fine with just the 140 mil 17 hrs. The switch turns me off a little bit. Will keep you guys posted.
I earlier suggested you put her on a retainer based on the Colombian monthly salary of 980,000 COP for a month which would equate to about 33,000 COP a day, or about $ 260 USD a month.
Now your back to 140 mil per day more or less versus the 10 mil per day she was throwing at you which you fell for, hook, line, and sinker.
She kinda sounds like a wack job, and if she is a nympho makes even more sense. You sound really enamored with her, and perhaps need to turn the tables on her, unless of course having to pay less than $ 10 USD to have someone on call 24/7 you like is just too much money for you.
She would be hard pressed to turn down an offer like this, being able to make the minimum wage for hardly working, and moving forward you might be kicking yourself for not having an arrangement with someone you clearly like and being forced to pay retail.
And you might want to hurry before Slapshot put's her on retainer.
Rental Advice As Requested
I will have to renew my rent / lease in 2 weeks. I'm currently at $50/ day, and prior to arriving, I saw this place at around $150/ day. My initial month was about $92/ day. Anyone have any strong advice / commentary on what I should offer? It is gringo-owned, if that factors in.
If your staying in an upscale apartment and / or Penthouse and typically only Penthouses have hot-tubs, and depending on what part of Poblado your in, the pricing before the Pandemic would of ranged approximately between $ 3,000 and $ 4,500 a month depending on the size, etc. However since the Pandemic, there have been no tourists, with the luxury apartments being either vacant or heavily discounted.
In your case, I would suggest you stay where your at for the same price. If you move you may have issues in a new building with the Porteros, and possibly other tenants. At least where your at you have everything dialed in, and are paying less than 50% of the normal market rate.
