Now your back to 140 mil per day more or less versus the 10 mil per day she was throwing at you which you fell for, hook, line, and sinker.

She kinda sounds like a wack job, and if she is a nympho makes even more sense. You sound really enamored with her, and perhaps need to turn the tables on her, unless of course having to pay less than $ 10 USD to have someone on call 24/7 you like is just too much money for you.

In your case, I would suggest you stay where your at for the same price. If you move you may have issues in a new building with the Porteros, and possibly other tenants. At least where your at you have everything dialed in, and are paying less than 50% of the normal market rate.

I've stayed mostly quiet. This latest plot twist is one most if not all of us have seen before, including you Blakman. At the risk of saying what you may have already decided my advice is offer her 50 K for a quick polvo and be done with it. My average rent was $160 per day in Poblado, not a penthouse. I would try to lock in a one year contract at $45 dollars per day with the landlord. Once the lockdown is lifted, you can rented out to people like me for 150 a night.
