If we assume prices have gone up 8 fold to 2015, that works out to 9% compound interest over 24 years for mathematicians. A bit steep but lt to 1500 by 1995 seems far too steep.

Thank you for the heads up. I will be there next month. I wonder if it is the same Thai guy that ran it at Rajah? How did you find this place. When Russia got involved in the war against ISIS. The Russian operation that was at Raja forever was shut down. I think there was a threat. So I would be surprised if it was the same group and if they still had 20 girls working. Without attending The Chrome Bar recently (Dr. BJ Nuru), I heard a rumour that one of the two shop fronts joined together was closed down, perhaps due to a rival big business (not Aey and partner) wanting to take over that side of the Soi for other development purposes. I believe Chrome bar cannot be forced out completely right now due to contract still running with owner of the land. Just stories as I have not attended there. I can't say these are hard facts. Although I have met Aey a few times many years ago, and even "Annie" herself, I am not social with anyone that ran these shops, so don't know much. Even "Dr. BJ" would not know me at all. So its just grapevine stuff.

Perhaps Aey & partner will open other establishments in other locations in the future.
