Let's get this out of the way first. I've bought a bunch of videos off the various Facebook girls who are selling them. If you want to know if one of them is worth buying from, hit me in PM.

I love the various responses but I think ENTERNATIONAL has the closest understanding of really what's going on. Don't get me wrong each of you may have a point or 2 about me and the 8. And maybe that's why she wanted the 140 mil for 4 hrs work. I am just trying to put 2 and 2 together. Now I scheduled to see her on Tuesday. I could have said Monday but it's my time to play the head games. The only mistake in this scenario that I may have made was not agreeing to deal right away. But as a first timer in Colombia, I felt it was best to hear others opinion. I didn't want to go to the grocery store and come back and valuables are gone LOL. So that's the update. I looked at a couple of Casacol's best available penthouses, and this one had a better layout, was closer to things, and was available longer-term. I was looking for her to say 200 mil. She would have gotten major points. She upped it above my expectations so she lost points. Restricting amount of time we fuck loses points. But it sounds like 4 times a day. Correct me if I got that wrong. I really wanted to try the consecutive days sleeping over but also for it to end at time I could be free for the reopening to move around. This also allows me to approach it as it just my turn and easily detach myself from the situation. Okay further report if any.

Knowledge in: I think you pegged the Casacol guy spot on. Once he has someone under contract it is no benefit to allow subletting because it is wear and tear he can avoid for money he will already have. It is a buyer's and renter's market here now and for the foreseeable future whether or not highly leveraged owners understand or accept that.
