Sorry, Mistral66, but if we are speaking about her looks only, I won't be as generous as you (at least, based on the picture you submitted). I can't see her body very well on your photo, alas, and I might think that she looks better in the real life, but apparently, she's not really my type of girl nowadays. Had a similar experience several years ago in LOS. It was in Chiang Mai and not in Patts. Woman I met also won't take a baht from me and almost treated me to everything. In the end, we exchanged phone #'s but she never called me for anything, she only said for me to call her whenever I returned to see her. Sadly, I lost her # and so never went back to CM.
So, everything depends on the gal in question as I was very lucky, perhaps it will be the case for you too.

It is very possible that girls take a liking to you, for real. The issue is, would you want to start a serious relationship with someone who sucks cock for a living?
If the answer is yes, then good luck (and I mean it), but if the answer is no, Pay her, make it clear that you are not looking for a relationship. These girls are human and are sometimes looking for more than a customer... when they think they have found one, they offer themselves for free (which automatically makes you their boyfriend in their mind).

Be clear with her and don't take advantage of her, there are already too many of these assholes down in Pattaya.

She might consider you her Boyfriend now, if you want to make a gesture, take her shopping and buy her stuff, that way, it will not look like you are paying her for sex.

On another note, you maybe should stop hanging out in the prostitute areas... go to other regular places, there are a lot of non P4P girls that will be interested (trust me) and be ready to go out for a day/night of fun.

Believe me, I am a realistic and grounded kind of guy. I take a realistic view of relationships, especially ones I might have in a foreign country. I realize that after this week, I will be going home and I will probably never see my friend again, but while I am here, I do enjoy her time. I agree with your comments that part of the fun of coming to a place like Thailand is the ability to butterfly and meet many beautiful women, and that is what I originally came for. But everyone is different, and I guess personally I am not as sexually driven as some. After a while, simple sex becomes very mundane for me, and I need something a little more. Emotion and feeling. It is not overly difficult for me to sleep around back at home in the states. I tend to think with my head and not my dick head. Major flaw I guess that I cannot simply enjoy like many of you guys. I thought maybe Pattaya could change that part of me, but sadly it can't. I am not foolish enough to believe that this is a lasting relationship. In fact, I'm not sure when's the next time I will be back, if ever, since there are so many other places in the world I still need to C. Rather, I view the relationship as my way of enjoying my time in Pattaya and making it more meaningful. I won't forget my experience here, and I won't forget her.

Also, believe me that I will not be taken for a fool to be sending any monthly installments or such to anyone I meet in Thailand, no matter what. I had thought about how she might be refusing money and paying for everything just so she could use an "emergency" story down the road, and maybe I'm wrong given the newbie that I am, but I don't think this will be the case for several reasons:

I regularly joke with her about men who do end up sending monthly payments, and yes she does have a farang "bf" who does just that. I've made it pretty clear (through jokes or otherwise) that I would never be enticed to do anything like that with anyone I met in Thailand. I've also told her that although I like her a lot, our relationship is only for the duration of my trip, since I may never come back to Thailand again. I told her I would love to get her email so that we could stay friends afterwards, but she was hessitant in exchanging, since she said that it would make it harder for her to forget about me after I am gone, and it would be something she would need to do since I might not be returning. In any case, I don't believe that she will expect me to fall for any sob stories. In fact, I told her a few of the ones I read about online, and she could not believe this was my first trip to Thailand. She said that she thought I knew more about Thailand than she did, and to stop telling her these "bad" stories to corrupt her further!

NicFrenchy, that is a good idea about taking her shopping, or just buying her something, as a gesture. I will probably do that, since she won't accept anything else.

I met a girl at beergarten who was 25 years old and fairly good looking. She had a german sponsor/BF who bought her a condo and a nice car. She stayed with me for a few days and she took me to lot of places. Was it free? No. I had to pay her 2000 Baht/day although she asked for more. I said I can get any girl to stay with me for 2000 B.
