So Rio / Brazil has my type / preference of women? It seemed to me that they were more european looking at times, and I had not read to much to point to a GFE setup. It seemed more of a Terma (MP?) kind of a place since HELP closed. To top it off my Portuguese is worse then my spanish. On the other hand I could roll in Israel or arab countries (Yeah not going to happen) with no language problems.

Another possibility would be go back to San José but avoid the sharks at the Del Rey. You might like Sportsman's Lodge and you could have several women per day with your budget. I am not a big fan of dominicanas (okay, I would rather take a shit and fall backwards than be with another one) and they are all over the place these days. Another idea would be Curacao and Campo Alegre. Finally, on that type of a budget you could have a very good time in Buenos Aires, although there are some nuisance type issues there right now with currency controls and so forth.

I've broke it down before but I'll do the 10cent version. More options in Argentina IMO, Privates (I think they're called. 3-6 girls in an apartment) , independent girls in studio apts, TONS of incall services (buyer beware) , Night Clubs and Free lancer bars. do have unmatched ethnic diversity there also (You'll even fine a few Asian garotas). Rio, Medellin, and DR are all good options. I wouldn't do Curacao unless you're a diving enthusiast.
And Cuba is a pain to get to. Buenos Aires, since you like darker women, probably wouldn't be ideal either.

For me, as far as pure beauty, GFE, playing with regular girls (spanish required) , from light skin to dark skin, Medellin is numero uno for your vacation.

The Mansion just happens to cater to someone, who wants to show up and be able to pick and choose from a large array of girls, again from light to dark.

You pay a premium there, like $75 or so for a session with a girl. If you have good chemestry with a girl, she'll stay with you for a while, good GFE.

Of course while staying there, you can always branch out to other fun venues Medellin has to offer.

I have lived in BA 1 year, with tips to montevideo, the Interior of Argentina, Rio, Bogota. Then I stay in Peru 6 months and finally 2010, 6 months in Colombia, the major part in Medellin, but I also lived in Cali, Periera and Cartagena.

Portenas (portenos = BA person) are cold and the difference to Rio girls is striking. BA is simply dead, people convinced that BA is the center of the world and the girls think very highly of themselves, but they are not hot at all in general. Provoces depression living there. I must add though, that miralces happens when you come outisde BA. I met a supersweet girl and her friends in Santiago del Estero, totally different than in BA.

BA is however a cultural metroplo and there are always events and nice food and interesting people.

Colombia is like coming to another planet. Girls are not just hot, of every color, they are so friendly that this combination makes Colombia a true Paradise. 100% serious. Waitresses giving me their phonenumers etc without asking, hot prepagos that wants to be your girlfriend etc, things that only can happen in Paradise Colombia, especially Medellin.

Yes you are right it does depend. I have not mongered much lately, but some of my friends have often in the last years. I have some details from them. But take it with a grain of salt.

First, how is your spanish? The better your spanish the lower the price, seriously, its not a gringo thing, its a communication thing from what I can tell, and a negotiation talent. Second, are you more into ST or TLN? From what I can tell you can ST for under $100 easily and between $100. $200 for TLN. This will depend on the her hotness LOL and your negotiation ability. Veteran mongers can correct me please if I am mistaken.

Also the threads in the Bogota section and reports of distinction have some great info on specific places.
