On the khmer440 thread the last post is the manager of fashion lounge confirming that the details I copied here are correct. Which would mean it's not on street 148.

As for the big deal, I'm not sure if there is one. However from what I understand the girls are of above average quality and speak above average english. For me that's worth checking out, if it's no good I can always leave by the door I walked in.

Name change noted, wonder if the menu is any good. I go to the Meeting Place often as they have a decent french menu. Unfortunately my experience of the girls there isn't so good. Spent an hour chatting with one girl and buying her drinks only for her to say she doesn't go with customers, she brought over a fairly nice girl who did but the it was a pretty disappointing (and costly) experience.

Rose bar on 104 is not ugly. I am taking my earlier statement back. Happened to be there a few days ago again and it was a regular bar except with a plethora of girls (50 they say) with all kinds, shapes, sizes and ages mixed in. The first time I was there 4 super ugly girls jumped on me and that was all I could see. They need to be careful interacting with customers, you never know who might go and post on the internet! But that's part and parcel of a society getting rebuilt. There will be time few decades down the road when they'll start having preferences who they let in and who they go out with!

But sticking by my statement that Zanzibar is to be avoided. Two chances are enough.

I didn't pursue the matter since I am not very active here. Maybe it's because I have only 17 posts, including this, since I joined so technically a newbie.

In HCMC, they are really upfront and bring you to the BJ place at the back of the Hot Toc without asking questions. Here, it seems harder due to NGO investigations. Locals told me they could get some in small rooms upstairs in some of the Hot Toc places. They seem to do massage + BJ + boom boom there. However, I never managed to make it myself. I always try to go to the Hot Toc places with many girls. I must be really unlucky.

Thanks mate.[/QUOTE]I believe this bar is on 104 st. I try not to remember any names mainly because their names are usually toungue twisters. Besides I do not think they use their real names.

English fluency is not there so no real communication.

In this bar there were no mamasans. Set up is once you enter one of the girls take your order for drink and bring the drink and sit with you. You can buy her a drink but they do not ask for it.

I had a english speaking girl. I did buy her couple of drinks and asked her about what I am looking for. LT with the girl of my choice. Once I selected the girl, the girl was called and was real friendly hugging and kissing.

Negotiation was done through the english speaking girl. The girl promised LT.

I guess the next night the english speaking girl felt sorry for me and introduced the young girl with perfect big stand up boobs clearly explaing to her that she needs to stay till morning.

The girl must have liked me and ended up staying with me all next day till it was time for me to leave to airport. Sexwise she was inexperienced. I like to teach. She told me the same story in broken english that.

Her family is poor from province etc. She promised to take me there next time I visit. But next time I went after about 4 months she was not there possibly found a bf. Sweet young things like her are picked up.

Location on the map is correct. It has a large blue colored blinking sign "Tokyo Lounge". That should make it obvious. It's on the side of the road opposite to where all the barber shops are. So no need to be searching among the barber shops. There sure is a shitload of barbers over there. More shops than customers. Where the barber shops end there's the Japanese restaurant and "exactly" opposite the restaurant is this bar.

The girls are very friendly and conduct themselves very well. They do what they are supposed to do by being very good hostesses. Some of them are tiny, young, small sized with Japanese cafe style comical short dresses. Others are regular girls but with friendly attitude. This has been designed specifically with Japanese clientele in mind, others may find it amusing / entertaining / annoying depending on your mood. All girls speak 4-5 sentences of Japanese. The girls were not of my type and were most definitely not stunners.

I only asked the girl to go dancing with me after three drinks. She wouldn't even do that. She might have freaked out on being asked to go to hotel. You can hold their hand and wrap your arms around them, they are Cambodian.

They do have happy hour from 6-8 with buy 1 get 1 free but it applies only to your drinks and not to lady drinks.

Make your own opinion about it. If this information was available beforehand I wouldn't have bothered with it.

I have been a few times in club blue in street 136 right opposit the bar136.

Its a nice bar and you will see the blue light there.

Many pretty girls there. The barfine is 10$ and I took several girls out there.

One very nice girl I can recomand is Mean. She can speak good english and I invited her fr some drinks.

Get her attention and you will have a nice evening.

I didn't took her out, but talked a lot with her.

On second visit it looked like just another bar which probably should be on a must see list because of the sheer number of girls that offer quite a cross section of what's to be expected from other bars in PP in general.

cyrcee bar. avoid. sorry to disappoint the shills of this bar but this bar is a comprehensive disappointment. it is good neither as a st bar nor as lt bar. i went there one time as a last stop on the way home to see if it held any promise as a st bar and if so then to utilize its services. for a st bar one would expect the full line up to be available. it's not the case here at all. acts just like a regular bar. very small with not too many girls. there were 4-5 punters already there with 1 or 2 girls clinging to each of them. one, the bar seemed to be overflowing with only these many punters and two, the clinging girls were temporarily out of market. anything that was remotely fuckable was "clinging". an ugly girl harassed me until i acted totally deaf. i paid for my drink, left a small tip and got the hell out of there. good thing is it is so far out of the way that one is not likely to stumble upon it by mistake. that's the reason i think it needs extra "promotion". and that's why i was surprised to see 4-5 punters already inside. too bad i won't be able to find out if it's the same segment of population that visits there everyday because i am not going there ever again.

candy bar (on 136). avoid. saturday night at 11pm it looked like samuel jackson from pulp fiction had been there an hour earlier. maybe it's the lighting, or lack of it, that furniture and bar counter looked it had been shot and bombed and dropped in place. this is a big sized bar with plenty of girls with a common uniform. about 12 of them were in the only lit corner of the bar, some sitting and some struggling to get a peek on something going on in the center (maybe a game, billing, a samuel jackson kill, who knows). occasionally they would turn around to glance at the bar but mostly they were busy with their affairs with no regard to saturday night, bar, drinks, customer, or anything of import to the reason they were there in the first place. punters were relaxing on sofas having found their saturday night companion, some others were being heavily attended to at one corner of the bar counter. i managed to get myself served but the girl then immediately fled. i paid for my drink, did not leave any tip and got the hell out of there.

sizzlers (on 136). this one was sizzling! right after the pulp fiction scene at candy bar i stepped into sizzlers and found it really sizzling. this one is also a decent sized bar with plenty of girls. i quickly found a few decent girls to have drinks with, some punters were being attended to, some girls were busy with themselves like some of them do at every bar (why do they even come to work?) , and some girls were attentive to new customers. just like a bar should be. except that i saw some 4-5 very doable girls. one of them was sitting with me. she turned out to be on period when i asked her to come with me(!!!). i tipped the other two girls a dollar each, did not give this girl anything and called it a night. will go there again.

Just wondered what difference, apart from a steep $10 bar fine, this bar has from the regular hostess bars? I don't mind paying a little extra if it's worth it.

Guess I must be one of the newbies and "shills" mentioned! I've been to PP four times now and spent two months there, so have reasonable experience of the place and try to be honest with my reports.

What I have found is that you can get completely different experiences in a given bar depending what time of night you visit.

Cyrcee bar is good early on (7-8pm) when the girls are fresh and far fewer punters are inside. Obviously if U-turn up very late in most bars, there will be fewer girls and they will be tired after doing six hours of "where you from?" and "you in PP on vacation?" plus possibly have done a couple of STs.

As to Cyrcee bar girl ratings, yes beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and it depends what you are after. Maybe I've just been lucky when I've been there.

I'm looking forward to my next trip in February.
