Crowds returning to the major Sukhimvit venues, including tourists. When I went to Asoke Place for short time last night, only one room available on the SC side at 10 pm check-in. I just did a Google search for "how do you say Cum In Mouth in Thai?" and the first response was the phrase in English style along with an audio option to hear it spoken. That should do it, assuming the word Cum translates closely enough. Actually, I find the word "finish" is used more often among somewhat English proficient Thais than other options to convey the idea of having an orgasm such as the word "cum/come".
And if you are asking if she can or will do it for you, I think you want to add the words "dai mai?" at the end of that phrase.
Better Thai speakers here could clarify or correct that view if they are so inclined.
