Another interesting exemption is under # 35 regarding exercise which states that adults can exercise two hours a day. No restriction on the hours like previously between the hours of 2 and 3 PM.

So basically that means go outside and if you get stopped, your on a walk to exercise!

So this is huge, and granted you might not be able to get into an EXITO except on your Pico and Cedula days or ride the Metro, nothing will preclude you from getting in a cab and hitting a Casa or El Centro.

There might be a fare advantage if you book something now, or maybe not. As always it's best to confirm fare rules. As you stated, many things can change between now and September 1. Any guess is valid. The airlines have never stopped selling tickets. Two days ago Spirit pushed the start of scheduled service on its website from July 5 to September 1. Presumably that move was based on advance notification from the Transportation Ministry. I had been checking the airline sites regularly. I suspected last night's announcement was coming when I saw the changes Spirit and American made to their schedules. I use those web sites and the government's for information and I use websites like this one and the "various news outlets" for entertainment. So far since March it's worked well.

I guess it depends on how often you go to Medellin. For me, there is little downside. I already have (and have had) tickets to MDE for September, October, November, December, and December / January. If something gets canceled, then I just re-book for my next slot. Which would be February. If, on the other hand, you do not travel to MDE much or your dates are not flexible, then you might want to wait until it gets closer.

You are spot on, correct on all counts. In fact, that has been the situation for nearly three weeks now. I won't be surprised to see the return of uber not long after June 1. Bars and restaurants will be the final frontier it appears. I miss them but I can live without them. Rappi and uber eats are good enough. I am thinking of swinging by chicas puntocom Sunday for a look see. I might head to Plaza Botero for exercise later and see if I can spot Medellin Mata Hari.

This requirement will not open the Country back up to tourism.

Well day 3, everything is going smooth like really good. I was concerned about her trying to get me to buy her personal stuff that would come out to alot but so far 2 packs of battery and shampoo 12 mil. After fucking her in the morning few times. She cooks lunch and dinner. And is dress really nice. I didn't think nothing of it cause she been changing clothes constantly do tic toc videos. Anyways out of the blue she tells me she has to go back home to pay her rent will be back tonight or tomorrow. Then she says she has no money can I give her money. She really took me by surprise but instantly I had a feel of what's going down. Things was going well and the companionship became better than the sex. The bar in the mansion is no comparison to octava, donde chepe, midnight. Etc, in fact the mansion's decor, facility, and location is infinitely worse.
