Last time I was at Suzy Wong my drink order vanished and I got some heat for wanting to leave. So service is really not what it used to be either. Overall quality is worse so it will only push it downward more. Last time I went by Rockhard I was the only customer 30 minutes after opening that made me sure miss when they opened around noon and you could swing by on the way back from the beach.

I understand the comments about Phuket becoming more tourist oriented. My question is for someone who has never been and enjoys exploring new monger places, should Phuket still be avoided totally?

I like to visit and its cheap to get a reasonable hotel in the center of Patong. There are a lot of scams but also you can get cheap good food, have a swim and its not difficult to find sex if you want it. I don't drink so the bar scene is no interest. In Jungceylon I watch a movie or go bowling occasionally go to the beach, visit the dentist have cheap legit massage, lots of tours if that is of interest. If you just want sex go to Pattaya, personally I have only been once and I didn't find it appealing.

Phuket is still a beautiful island and there is plenty of action to be found in all general destinations but the concentration being in Patong. If you can go with acceptance it is more expensive and don't expect it to be BKK or Pattaya I'm sure you can have a great time and find plenty to do when not mongering. Just stay away from the generic tours like wasting a day going to James Bond Island!

Phuket:

1. if your focus is on girls and nothing but, then stay in BKK or Pattaya. No place in LOS beats BKK & Pat for girls. But you already know that, 555!

2. if you want to relax on a different pretty, white sand beach and swim in sparkling clear, turquoise blue water every day AND you want a little night time diversion, then go. There are plenty of bars, nightclubs, and massage parlors. You will have a good time. Stay in Patong, close to most of the action, and rent a motorcycle to get around the island and get to the various beaches during the day. There is plenty to do recreationally during the day on Phuket, if you are into beaches. In this respect only, Phuket slays Pattaya. Additionally, the food (fresh seafood cooked Thai style) is outstanding, way better than what you find in Pattaya most of the time.

3. if you want to visit / spend time on some SPECTACULAR beaches and possibly scuba dive some nice reefs, then forget Phuket and head further south, but be sure to BYO, if you want to boom boom a pretty Thai girl every night.

I wish it were different, but there is always a tradeoff. That is the way things are.

P.S. I took my Minnie with me on my last visit to Phuket (the 3rd time). We had a great time fooling around in the sea together during the day and hitting Bangla at night. But I must confess that once in a while I felt constrained with little Minnie along for the ride. I love her LT (since 2010) and she is a lot a fun, but I saw a couple of Bangla Go Go girls that I would have loved to shag if I had only been free to do so. Sadly, I couldn't go after them because I was already taken. It's those damn tradeoffs again. That's why I now think it is better to take a girl further south to a quieter beach where there are no distractions or temptations and its just the two of you.

I am in the Chalomg district of Phuket. I am going to be working out for a month or so. Are there any beer bars areas close by? The street is am on is the one with tiger muay thai, phuket top team, the crossfit gym, several other muay thai and various other type gyms. I walked the street yesterday and only saw one or two bars, but I didn't go far.

There is also plenty of expat bars for people mostly working with diving. Enjoy!

Arriving in Khao Lak from BKK is definitely going from 8 or 9 to sub zero. Even though I'm here for other purposes than mongering it would be good to have some night action. Any address where at least a reasonably pretty girl gives a topless HJ or BJ? I want the lady to enjoy it with me. We have sex. How can I explain? The lady is hot! She's warm! It is nothing like I ever known before. And this lady does not even know me! So I see her again. One day, I cannot find her in the bar, nor can I call her. I ask bar girls about her. I learn she did not come today, because she is sick. Also, it looks like her phone has some technical problem. I do not see her again, and she does not give me any news, so I give it up.

Another night, I go to a gogo bar. It's fun and I enjoy it for a while. Then I leave. And this is the moment where the second lady appears. Whereas I was just walking around, I see a woman I find attractive, at a beer bar. I have some drinks with her, we talk. She is in her late twenties. Speaks good English. I barfine her. We leave. On the way, she asks me to buy a bottle of whisky, and soda water. I get a bottle of black label. In the room, I fix her several whisky and soda water drinks. We talk, touch each other. We have sex. Again, unbelievable. Again, never had sex like that before. Lady is incredibly hot. We both come. So after sex, she goes to shower, I go to shower. And when I come back, she is totally different. Cold like ice. All she wants is to drink more whisky. She talks with a voice full of alcohol. I am scared now. I ask her to leave. I give her the money, plus some more for the taxi. At the reception, When she takes her ID card back, she speaks to hotel staff in thai with a horrible alcoholic voice. She leaves.

How come she changed so much? I think the energy she spent in sex broke all the barriers against alcohol of her body. Also, I suspect she had already drank a lot of whisky when I met her around midnight.

I have to say I feel bad I asked her to leave in the middle of the night like that. Am I a bastard? I would appreciate to get experienced man's opinion about this.

And now, comes the third woman. She works in a massage parlour. I was attracted to her immediately when I saw her. Very pretty, in her twenties. First time, I ask only massage with happy ending. Again, I would appreciate to have experienced man's opinion about this.

So now, I have started to study Thai language, and I am already preparing my next trip. Thailand is paradise for western man, and all I want now is to go back.

Falangforlife.[/QUOTE]Hey Falangforlife first of all happy you had a great experience! I don't know how long you stayed but I would say you haven't spent enough time to know. I can't say I was much better the first time I went. My story is a bit different but I sure know the feeling but all I can say is sure learn the language and go back explore more of Thailand especially Bangkok, Pattaya and other areas depending on your interest.

If your looking for a relationship go for it but first get to know the person you might need to read around on the forums but there is plenty of stories and experiences that will give you valuable insight. My advice would be that you for sure can make plans with this girl but don't plan your whole trip around it. If it doesn't seem right or you don't like her after getting to know her there is plenty of girls in BKK and Pattaya. Worst case if you don't like those places head back to Phuket. Thailand and Asia if you don't have to high standards enables you to go with a ticket only and find hotel / guesthouse as you go!

There are a string of beer bars by chalong pier. There were quite a few differences from Pattaya beer bars. First there were few customers. There was almost no people walking up and down the street. Things felt really slow. There was less pressure to buy lady drinks. And instead of a 120 baht drink, they got 70 baht beers. There was not a whole lot of good lookers. I guess mostly women in there 30's with a few in their 40's. There were some younger but not a lot. The 2 bars I stopped at had more women who spoke little english. I think bar fines were 300, but not sure. Idk price for girl. I might go back next weekend to find out. Also they didn't have the games other then pool. The women were friendly though.
