If you stay in the hotel, the entry is free, no charge, just show the room key (you just have to pay for the drinks you ordered).
Once you have an agreement with the girl, go with her to front desk, she knows what to do (present her I'd to the desk, and you provide room number). This process is generally known as WOS (walk of shame, you will get use to it). I have no problem with it since I prefer a girl with legit I'd and not afraid to show it.

Finally decided to make the rounds last night. Started at LE Meridien but wasn't much on show (perhaps I was early because it was between 2300 - 2400). Eventually moved over to Trap. I think I'm going to head there tonight just to check the scene out. You should also try outside Howard Johnson Hotel and the parking area, from like 2-4 am, lot's of Africans out and about at that time, including one very busty one named Amina who claims to be from South Africa.
