Clubs, known red light districts etc. In these zones, one does not just 'wander' there, so the girls will approach you knowing that you are looking for action. As you start moving out, though the girls might be down, you have to make it know. Similar situation in Nigeria.

I am still sold on Sosua in DR.[/QUOTE]Although I have yet to visit DR, my trips to other Caribbean islands including Haiti has shown there is a huge cultural difference between the Caribbean islands and Ghana / Senegal / Nigeria, etc. Appearance and respect are very important among African people, and most girls who are not working girls do not want to be perceived as such even though they may have a high sex drive too. One just needs to be a gentleman in approaching them. Why, I have had experiences where the West African girl was talking about saving herself for marriage and ten minutes later we were naked with my dick down her throat or my fingers and tongue up her twat or both going on at the same time. But if you never make any move to talk, you will never get to that point. If a guy is too shy to initiate conversation with lady, I would say the Philippines, Thailand or Kenya are more appropriate places to visit.
