Normally, pregnant mothers are screened by medical doctors for any infection including HIV when they go for maternal check ups! HIV can be found in breast milk of HIV+ women. Period. While the risks from ingesting one or two drops is very low, there is nevertheless not zero risks. I am not sure if you actually indulge in suckling and how much and how often.
