You will very rarely see one man negotiating with one girl but the whole group of 3, 4, 5 or more men speaking with one girl. I don't know whether they like or want to fuck the same girl or it's their way of doing business.

There are 2 short haired girls at billboard, one of which stick has featured in his posts before (photo below), they are close friends and always together in the bar. I had barfined each of them on separate occasions in May and Sept and had a good time with each. The first had my line ID and sent me message after I took her friend last time, not complaining just pouting. So on the return I had sent her a message and she suggested I see them both. I didn't really know what to expect but the girls were a fun bunch and I thought a night out partying with two girls who were all smiles would be good regardless how it turned out. Was hoping to meet them outside the bar and avoid the barfines, but they wanted picked up from the bar so that didn't go. I thought maybe though it would set expectations a bit for later but that didn't seem to be the case as it turns out. None the less, the me with the two girls in tow proceeded to have a fun time drinking and bar hopping in Nana. I got plenty of attention and was fun to have both of them around and I had a good night which is what I wanted. It was a different experience and it was fun to hit all sorts of different bars with the girls.
Quick rundown on the bars I recall. The newest nana bar next to billboard, sorry I forget the name, is really nice inside but the lineup was virtually non-existent and in bad need of staffing help. I wouldn't plan on drink here, but the staffing could change at any time so maybe stick you head in and if there are enough girls check it out. Jailbirds is huge and had tons of girls, but quality was definitely a step below billboard. Lots of selection though and I think is worth a drink on the hunt in the future. It's very spacious if you like to have some more room between you and the next fella. Last bar was Bangkok bunnies which also was sporting a decent lineup and was quite deep on the numbers. Drinks were a maybe 20 thb more expensive than most other bars visited that night just FYI. So getting close to midnight and closing time and one of the girls has to bail to video chat with the American boyfriend who is doing a visa for her and thinks she isn't working anymore. I was a bit disappointed that no threesome was headed my way, but honestly in my experience those things are rarely that fun and if the girls were really into it she would have found a way to make it work. I had a great time bar hopping with the girls and it probably saved me another 2500 thb that would have just been a waste anyway. I was happy to have the other one and we had a good time back in the room. Did I get scammed? Maybe a little, but I should have been clearer from the outset and I still had a fun time with the evening so it was still a win for me and just kicking in another 2500 for another girl if it isn't going to be interactive threesome is just a waste to me. I have a good rapport with the girls and hopefully will pay off more in the future.
As a side not the other girl below (blonde) was the one I wrote about from September trip that pulled the "on period" thing after the barfine when I wanted to leave. Found out that she is a couple months pregnant with customer baby and has tom girlfriend! Such a shame as she had rocking body. I heard 2 months prego so I guess maybe I dodged the bullet, could have been mine hahaha.

A certain Brit Vblogger was strolling down the sidewalk, videotaping the scene. He came across a group of Indians talking to one small girl and made a comment like yours.
I would be tempted just to walk right in the middle of them, and tell her, "Whatever they just offered you, I'll pay you that much just to walk away from these fools."
After all, it couldn't be very much money, could it? For me, it would be worth $20 just to see what happened.
Soi Cowboy Bars and GoGos are closing at 3a. Hit Penny Black Bar, next to the Corner Bar, if you want to keep drinking. I've been told it's open til 8a. It's near the Asok entrance to Soi Cowboy. It's signage is impossible to see when all the lights are off. It's on the 3rd floor, best to take the elevator to the right of the stars. SML is 170 baht, mixed drinks start at 200 baht, thai whiskey shot is 220 baht. You'll see some of the Soi Cowboy dancers and waitresses there. You'll save the barfine, but will spend more buying drinks for her and her friends. YMMV.

You may be trying to apply too much logic. I have some very good buddies that are Indians, living in various other countries like USA, Germany, and Australia. So I have nothing against Indians, yes I know, you are from a different ancestry.
As we have not seen you, it is hard to guess, exactly what it is about your look that he did not like, and what type of prejudices might be held. I don't deny that Thais are generally racists for a moment. Strong body odour is another possibility. Look I don't claim to understand the basis of discrimination policies, however it may not be as simple as what your ID Card says.
This may on a complete tangent to the original issue, I don't know.
I find guys with very strong body odour, very hard to sit next to or even near in a bar or anywhere (on planes can be a problem), even if they are compatriots from my own country. So their origin is totally irrelevant. It is worse for me than putting up with smokers, and perhaps on a similar level to trying to stand cigar smoke, but worse. So my problem is nothing to do with the race of the person. It is just the nose irritant level from stench of acrid under arms near by seems to make me feel sick. I found very difficult to stand in a queue next to guys with bad B. O. In Thailand. Thai people are also very sensitive to odours that they are not used to. For this reason, I am extremely fastidious with body and mouth cleaning before going with Thai girls or to bars. The tongue is a prime source of bad odours for older guys, so I brush tongue and use a tongue scraper.
I once had the guts to tell a Caucasian work college he had severe underarm odour. He took it well, and was able to make improvement in the future, because previously he just did not know, even the entire office was well aware. His nose does not function like mine.
My advice to guys, is to try to look very classy in fresh clothes, be very clean and odour free, and try to look as different as possible to the customers that get categorised as stingy and wanting to sit on a glass of water all night. It might help.
I don't excuse racist policies for a moment. However I probably will still be a Crazy House customer. I hope they keep out cigar smokers or ban them, and anyone with extreme body odour, since I would have to flee them. I certainly don't mind the skin colour of customers or girls.

I didn't see any Indians at RCA 2.
After Koreans eat Korean BBQ with garlic (great food) and soju (horrible alcohol), they can really smell. They are welcomed with open arms into the go-go bars. They don't even have to pre-buy the drinks at Baccara.
Even the bar girls in Thailand and Angeles acknowledges (and laugh) that they can smell, but they still accept barfines from them.

The girl they were negotiating with kept holding up one finger insisting that she would only do one fuck with one guy for her pay. More guys and more fucking meant more cash outlay, so negotiation broke off. Of course after the Indian group left all the girls were having a talk about it.
As for CH, I was sitting next to an Indian guy on a prior visit. He was drinking a water and enjoying the show. Girls would approach him and he would let them come close where he would cop a feel of the girls, but never bought a drink or anything else. Of course the girls on stage see this too, so they get their impressions accordingly.
I can't say that they make much of an impression in terms of their contribution to the scene. I mean, really, can anybody point me to a single useful field trip report filed by an Indian? If so, it would be vastly outnumbered by the pathetic mooching requests for contacts (check out the Tokyo thread where I just read one) or whinges about the ill treatment they receive at entertainment venues from Hong Kong to Bangkok to wherever.
