I really think this secrecy thing here is a bit overdone. Keep the info overt so that readers can at least go out and enjoy themselves in the (possibly) short timeframes available.

But there's no need to provide direct evidence that can be used against a girl or venue.

Yes there would be people who work at councils. They would act on complaints. Once they have a complaint, they would try and find out more information. Is it necessary to provide exact details of address, girl, establishment name? That would be stupid. At least by being cryptic, there can be some doubt. If it's obvious, the person doing the initial investigation would very quickly decide there is something that needs to be followed up on.

Then they have to gather their own evidence. The person they send to the venue will be contracted to do so, not working in the council.

I had some work related business to attend to in Footscray so I decided to pop into Lotus for a look-see-try. The place is a dump. I was taken into a crappy room by a truly hideous looking creature from PRC who spoke almost no English. She showed me 6 fingers meaning $60 for 1-hour massage. I suspect that most councils feel they have better things to do than hound AMP's that are not bothering anyone. They are however required to respond to complaints from neighbours and perhaps also licenced brothels who will be happy to see cut price competitors put out of business.

Yesterday when visiting a recently relocated eastern suburbs AMP I have reported on I was told that they have had some grief from neighbours and if approached to say I had been visiting a friend. If such neighbours or licenced brothel operators are able to provide council with evidence from explicit postings from this forum it is more likely that council will feel the need to take steps to close places down. I know that some members have expressed the view on this forum that closures do not matter as places will just relocate somewhere else but this is disruptive and expensive and in the end likely to put up the cost of mongering.

It is also an offence for us mongers to be found on these premises though I am not aware that any mongers so caught have ever been charged.
