I did see how they named her and Cascadas. The biggest question I have is why the journalist didn't pressure Cascadas more on how she was found dead and them letting the guy go. All of us know that the workers are very close to the rooms and quick to ask for a tip as soon as you walk out so it seems odd that this guy could walk out with such ease. Some of what I write might seem insensitive but I'm just trying to understand everything that happened and maybe why you didn't do more. I also remember when this happened that guys were talking about 2 girls dying and some of it might have been a story planted to out a former poster here who's GF might of been testing to see if he was talking about her online. It's odd because if you go back a few pages from your first post that guy talked about a warning of a customer in HK that spends big money to get girls to go with him outside the club and beats them up and leaves them on the road to Tecate but HK knew who he was and had warned the girls. So at the time it just seemed like a lot of crazy stuff going on and in some ways it felt like a few girls in HK were maybe making up stories on here to try and hurt HK by clients not going. So soon after HK started with the rules of checking on the rooms more and trying to force guys to buy drinks for girls in over an hour. So the mom is made to wait for 12 hours with Cascadas saying that nobody is in the room and basically saying she is crazy. Now at some point you arrive and are trying to get them to open the room. So here is another part I don't understand. If I was a mother I would go crazy on them and get the police or something to make them open the door or if you were there why not try to do more make a scene. In one of the posts I think it was you in Spanish sending a message to other girls that the cops and everyone was paid off because it would be bad for business. So the journalist from Zeta for some reason doesn't try to look into this more and as bad as them letting a girl get murdered and let the guy go isn't as bad as the story of them trying to cover it up. Because if they said the room was empty before and they suddenly open it up and let you in and it's obviously not empty why didn't you get more of an explanation from them or why the journalist didn't investigate this more.

So now she's taken to the coroner and they do the autopsy. So did they give you a copy and did they find drugs in her system? It would be hard to prove if he drugged her depending on what drug it was. He is just like any of us mongers just trying to bust a nut for as cheap as possible. Look guys when you fuck a gal even in the zona you can become attached if you not careful, it happened to me a few times. When you start to blur reality from fantasy it is time to take a long break from the zona. I don't wish any gal working in the zona to be hurt or killed as many are single mothers trying to survive, but that environment is not exactly safe for a women especially if they go outside of the club with clients. Almost every hotel I stay in, if I Google the hotel I can find some murders going down. You can't find many strip clubs without shootings or murders in the parking lot in usa. Even the high end hotels have murders. Theres so many murders everywhere, we all probably walk in a spot where someone was murdered, probably 20 times a day if you live in a city and not a suburb.

I went to see some of Angy's friends, and meseros that knew her. It was painful and nostalgic at the same time. It is the place where we met, and the place where she met the man that killed her. Angela always texted her mother when she was going to a room, and provided the details for "security". They were not from Tijuana, but her mother was actually a former HK girl. They had an apartment in Zona Norte. Her mother lived with her and Angela supported her. They were more like best friends than a mother-daughter dynamic. She did not text me, we had developed a thing where we talked before she went to work said our goodbyes and I love you's, and we didn't talk until the next morning. I used to stress out when she didn't respond for long periods of time. Back then I wrote it off as paranoia so we just made a rule that we didn't communicate while she was at work. The deal was, if there was a problem her mother would let me know. And there was a problem. This had actually happened once before, but she had just passed out in a clients room.

We met at HK in August 2020, and I never tried to control her or tell her what to do. It would've tainted what we had. I live in LOS Angeles and begin visiting Tijuana every weekend. Within a few weeks we were taking trips, and I had keys to her apartment. By April 2021 things had become serious, and I wasn't interested in living both lives anymore (I had the perk of having a loving girlfriend, but because of what she did I was allowed to do whatever I wanted). I wanted a real relationship and so did she (by now I knew her entire family, and I had even been vetted by her grandfather). She left HK, and had enough money saved (she thought) to open a clothing boutique. And that's what she started doing, buying clothing and looking for the space. In July, her mother broke her wrist and of course Angela paid for it. All said and done it was about 7 K. When the space finally materialized it was far more expensive than she anticipated, and her finances were strained due to the hospital bills, so in September she told me she was going back to work for a month or two. I told her I was not interested in moving backward and that if we went over finances I would bank roll the boutique. She refused, she needed it to be hers. I broke up with her. Most of the girls are either supporting family, trying to pay bills, or save up for a business venture. The thing with getting involved with a sexworker is that they have to make the decision on their own to walk away, but the money is just too good for most and they don't have the best accounting or finance acumen. The issues come when they decide to stop work and guess who has to step in and pickup the tab. It will most likely be their novio or future son-in-law. They wouldn't be in the business if they didn't need the money. The goal is to find them a job, business, etc. That can produce enough income that will satisfy their lifestyle.

I carry a ton of guilt (and anger), and I always will. By staying with her I cosigned her activities. Why didn't I leave her? Why didn't I force her to stop? How could I have let the woman I love subject herself to this? I am financially secure and I could've easily supported her and more. I have to live with this. I know with certainty that I was the love of her life (and she of mine), and I could have influenced this if I had taken a firm position. It is natural to doubt the validity of this type of relationship, but I have no doubts. I understand why an outsider might.

We buried Angela on February 3rd. We had the grand opening of her boutique Talisman in plaza mujer on February 5th in her absence. I paid the rent and carried the boutique for eight months, but her mother couldn't sustain it. Sadly it closed a 2 months ago. I still try to support her mother, and I'm haunted by the thought that I could be supporting both of them if I had just done this sooner. It didn't sound very appealing a year ago, but I would give anything to be able to support the both of them now. Her mother gave me the Valentine's Day gifts that she had gotten me before she was killed. Instead of Valentine's Day presents this year, I bought her a casket.

Angela was gorgeous. She was thoughtful, empathetic, and she was a rescuer. She rescued strays everywhere, and I was one of them. I have the deepest respect for her independence and tenacity. She was going to make her dreams come true, and she was going to do it on her own.

We sent each other a "song of the day" every day since the day we met. She compiled a playlist of all of them, it is 40 hours long. She loved me unconditionally. I am a bit puzzled about them taking you to talk to the guys who checked out around 9 AM. That was several hours after the murder. I assume they'd found her body long before then and knew what room everything happened in so should've known it wasn't those guys.
