It has been pointed out to me on another forum that I miss-interpreted this document. The CLASS 4 classification was for the VALIUM (Diazipan) and not the VIAGRA.
We have been unable to find an up-dated list online that classifies VIAGRA.

Filippinas with spanish blood usually look nothing like Thai, but those with no spanish blood (or very little) from certain Islands apparently can look Thai and visa versa. Some Filippinos things Thais are from Philippeans.

I think some countries and even some people from my own country get so used to body odour that they just don't even notice it. Thais certainly do notice it but are often too polite to say anything. To the best of my knowledge, this whole thing was over the classe 4 valium/diazepam.....which is classified as a "true" prescription drug in Thailand. What I mean is that you can walk into any pharmacy and buy viagra, antibiotics, steroids, etc.......but valium is considered a drug that requires script from a doctor...and is usually given to you by the prescribing doctor in a little plastic pouch with his information (and/or clinic info.) on the pouch....in addition to the hospital info. if it was prescribed and dispensed at a hospital. Because of this, the scum in brown consider their knowledge of this a great shakedown vehicle. The fact that they would start playing with a 60's guy who was just walking on the street with a younger woman (but not that young)....just goes to show the scum that they are. Had you had hundreds of them, neatly packaged for distribution...and was caught selling on the street, this would be another story. I have a feeling that had they brought you to their station, that the entire incident would have been swept away and you would have been released......because even in Thailand, the amount you had is a joke......and bringing before a judge might make them look very stupid.....especially in your circumstance. Sorry, I don't know what Opebo was on about and I didn't even read Carmex's original post fully.
And I can't be bothered getting interested in this saga.
